Kevin Burton was my attorney for a traffic citation. I wrote up my detailed account of the incident and sent it to him. He took care of the rest and got me squared away with a 0 point citation. David Radner is the consummate lawyer. He exceeded our expectations in originally preparing a Will and Testament, and through the years, updating and enhancing our choices and options.

I worked with Richard Hogg after my injuries and he always strived to get the results I deserved. My husband and I sought help for his worker’s compensation case after dealing with a career ending, on the job injury, for nearly 3 years without resolution; even after enduring every single demand they requested of him, both pre and post surgery. I have not been a client but from the horror story i heard from my sister in law I do not want this lazy man representing me in a traffic matter. Tragedy struck my sister in law about a year and a half ago. After the claim was settled it seemed mr Kelly did not do the following up a lawyer should do, things where misappropriated left out and disregarded on her personal property that left out thousands of dollars of things that should have been recovered, this is very costly to a client in matters like this the insurance company already depreciates a lot of your items to the lowest price possible. When descriptions and items are incorrectly put in the inventory list makes it very difficult on receiving the correct amount of funds a client should receive to a life changing event to someones living situation, no-one is ever made whole by an insurance company a good lawyer recovers as much as the policy limit allows. And from the experience of my sister in law this was done and when trying to correct this issue mr Kelly ignored her put her on back burner and flat out not responsive. If this is the actions of a good lawyer mr Kelly is your man but in my opinion he needs to be more in touch with clients through out the whole claim process.

Unhappy with this firm. The guy doing the intakes (I think his name was Rick) to give to the lawyer made me feel worse when I called than better. He kept interrupting me and made me feel like what I was saying was invalid and that I was crazy. Bad experience I do not recommended.

I'm not a client but I called to get some information about an issue I was having and potentially become a client but instead he literally got loud with me on the phone and talked to me like I was a child! I was shocked!!! Then proceeds to tell me, in a rude aggressive tone, that he costs too much to be dealing with something like that. I really don't know why he had to be so mean. After I got off the phone with him, I talked to another attorney who was willing to give me good advice without sounding judgmental and rude. If you're looking for someone to actually help you, he's not the one. I feel bad for anyone who actually decides to work with him.

If you are reading this, chances are you are looking for a good lawyer to fight your case. I was in your shoes for a long time until I found Blake. I was hesitant at first because he didn't charge an arm and a leg. But with each passing week, I became more comfortable knowing that he is fighting for my kids and I. He is really knowledgeable, and his experience is evident. He will fight for you in court, and advise you whenever his input is needed.
Blake is also always a phone call or an email away. If he didn't pick up for various reasons, he called back within a reasonable time. I am mentioning this because my previous lawyer was terrible at communicating; and I nearly lost my case for HER incompetence and lack of communication.
I really am thankful that I found him. And that he was able to accomplish what he did, despite the odds.

I hired Mr. Kull to represent me in a real estate matter that I was a victim of fraud,embezzlement and unjust foreclosure. Mr. Kull did not represent me well at all and withdrew after attempting to force me into a settlement that did not bring any relief or was in my best interest. I was left to create and submit all court ordered documents at the last minute. Mr. Kull advice was in the best interest of the opposing party, eventually I , myself reached a much better settlement. In my opinion you should keep looking for a good attorney that will represent you properly.
