He’s worth a hire, and even worth a follow to another firm. ONDA is a better company for having him on the roster. 2 years of correspondence with him and my only regret is that I didn’t get to meet him and shake his hand. But even that is a testament to the convenience and ease ONDA provides.

I don’t recommend this service if you’re planning to have kids. It started off great but quickly declined. We initially went in for basic estate planning, just to have our bases covered as a young couple, which was supposed to cost around $4,000. We informed them that we planned to change my last name and were considering starting a family, so we didn’t need anything too complex. I was told these changes, like updating my last name or adding children, would be simple “edits” that wouldn’t cost much.
However, we were persuaded into opting for an $8,000+ plan. Fast forward three years: I now have three children, and my last name has changed. I was then informed that it would cost an additional $4,000 to update my last name and add my children to the plan.
I had a call scheduled with Rex in July, but he didn’t show up to the conference call. I called the office, and it seemed they had forgotten about it. When Rex eventually called back, he was unaware of the details of our case—he hadn’t reviewed our file or anything. He said he would send me something to review, but it’s now been three months, and I haven’t received any documents or a follow-up call.
When we first used their services in December 2021, they didn’t seem too busy, but now it appears they’re overwhelmed and unable to keep up.

I was in need of a lawyer for a property case I went online to find a lawyer and chad’s website stood out the most being more professional than others and more explanatory so I gave Chad a call I was able to connect right away with him. What I liked about this lawyer is he was on top of everything he moves quickly finding out all the details to your case and then filing any documents to get the ball rolling he is prepared for any curveballs thinking ahead of the game. With the frustration of the time that it takes to get a decent attorney, I was lucky in finding Brian. He is very knowledgeable and has taken away all of my worries. He sincerely cares about what happens with the outcome of my 98 year old father, and has been diligent in every aspect. Although we have not been to the hearing yet, I have full faith in having hired Brian, and am sure there will be a positive outcome! To top it off, not like most attorneys, he charges a flat fee!

I wanted to take a moment and share my experience with the team at Hanshaw Kennedy Hafen. I would first like to say, my wife and I have never been in a legal situation in our 30+ years of marriage. Without going into too many details of our case, it was a custody case regarding our newborn grandson that lasted 2+ years. Went to the legal team to put together a trust, will and testament. I was apprehensive at first due to what I was needing to create but Mrs. Jones and her team (Lesa Rubin) gave me questionnaires and so forth to make the process super easy. We had some email exchanges and some calls but overall the process was quick and painless. I know that if I need to make any changes all I have to do is ask and will have full support. They gave me all the docs ahead of time in email form so I can review at my leisure. That made the scheduling and appointment to sign super quick and easy. Will I go back to this firm? Heck yeah. Brad and his firm were excellent. I had a recurring problem with my infotainment system, still covered under warranty. In spite of 6-7 trips to the dealer, and umpteen number of software patches, the system continued to have issues. I reached out to Brad, who quickly evaluated my situation, and took action.
