Have an ongoing issue with my residential lease, with tenants no upkeep of the property. Called her on the issue and got a very pragmatic advise. This was on my initial phone call, ( and free). I was pleasantly surprised that she advised me that pursuing in court would probably not be financially beneficial to my case. Definitely earned my future real-estate and business legal engagements.

With the frustration of the time that it takes to get a decent attorney, I was lucky in finding Brian. He is very knowledgeable and has taken away all of my worries. He sincerely cares about what happens with the outcome of my 98 year old father, and has been diligent in every aspect. Although we have not been to the hearing yet, I have full faith in having hired Brian, and am sure there will be a positive outcome! To top it off, not like most attorneys, he charges a flat fee!
