Grant Scheiner was recommended to me by a friend when I found myself needing an Attorney. I was being charged with a felony and would soon be arrested. I was terrified and at a loss as to what to do. I contacted Grant. During our conversation, Grant was able to calm me down and let me know he would be by my side the whole way. During the process, Grant and Macie were able to get me a plea. The Plea reduced the charges to a misdemeanor with two years’ probation. Grant is very knowledgeable of the law, effective and very personable. Not very happy with them, I chose to go with them because someone recommended them but it’s really hard to get a hold of them, it’s been 7 months since my accident and still dealing with this, I CALLED THE INSURANCE myself to get an update and they said they had not received any invoices or “demand” from the attorneys office, so therefore the insurance can’t pay me… not very professional in my opinion if the client has to call and follow up on his own case… but ohhhh I’m sure they are gonna want their 30% cut at the end. 🤦🏽♂️

Omar Saman got my aggravated assault/deadly weapon charge dismissed, huge relief!! Omar was always there for consultation anytime day/night and assured me no jail time. Even though it was my first Felony charge he could have sold me out for a plea deal, “but” Omar stayed in for me and was worth every cent.

My family used the Holland Elder Care Law team to help us when our previous attorneys suddenly closed shop without warning us and my Dad's Medicaid status was not renewed. Michael Holland and Martin Sabel did an excellent job gathering the information, filing the right forms and ultimately needed to bring the HHS of Texas to court for failing to make a timely determination of benefits. I am an attorney myself but this area of law is so convoluted and so tricky that you really need someone on your side who knows how all of this works and can navigate the waters safely. They were instrumental in restoring my dad's Medicaid benefits. I highly recommend them.
