Gary Field is an efficient and competent attorney whom I find is rare in this field. His knowledge, professionalism, and integrity, are key ingredients which makes a great attorney. He has the respect of his colleagues and the administrators in the judicial system.
Gary is extremely understanding and emphatic when it comes to handling complicated divorce and child custody issues. During my legal issue Gary suffered a personal loss in which that did not deter him the following day for appearing in court to ensure my visiting rights was granted. Unfortunately I did not find Gary until the middle of my legal issue which at that point went in the wrong direction very quickly and seemed that I would lose all my rights. Gary was successful in turning the opposition and getting my issue on better terms. I am grateful that I found Gary when I did or my case would have been lost.

Diane was hired as my real estate attorney through my real estate agent. Throughout the process she was very condescending on the phone. There were emails that were sent that I never received and she insisted I received them. One example being the date, time and location of where I needed to close. What’s more she forwarded me an email about me needing to get a survey done. The email thread showed that she was told to inform me, the buyer, to get a survey done 3 times before she actually told me about it. Absolutely terrible communication. I understand that as a lawyer she may not feel the need to have good manners, or good customer service skills, but it is sad to see how rude she is. I’ve never had a particularly positive experience dealing with lawyers, but she is definitely the worst one I have ever dealt with. Please steer clear of Diane.

Didn’t tell me my deposit was non refundable until I wanted to cancel after finding out the monthly payment wasn’t affordable. she assured me it was affordable. she falsified my loan application.

I hired Mitch as my Attorney and he won my case! I did a lot of research before hiring him and could clearly see that he was the best when it comes to consumer protection litigation. He is very busy and does not have an assistant so I did have to follow up with him a few times but I didn't mind that because although he is my Attorney, it was still my case. I couldn't recommend Mitch more and greatly appreciate his expert council.

I contacted Mr Pashkin after discovering an old coworker had fraudulently used my name on credit card and charged numerous expenses years ago-Mr Pashkin filed necessary paperwork right away and was aggresive with takling the fraud-he made no promises but was confident this would be put behind me and he did accomplish that quickly-thanks for your help Mr Pashkin

Mitchell able to fight off my credit card fraud case with Forster and Garbus, and the court vacate the judgement for a hefty $52K+ of debt accumulated throughout the years.
I still give him credit. But seems like the rest t rebuilt and to clean up my credit file, he is not willing to take up that part.
