I am SO thankful I found Will for an attorney during a scary and precarious legal dispute with my landlord. My fellow female roommates and I came to suspect that our landlord was entering our rooms when we were not home and even found a peephole. When confronted the landlord began to harass and attempt to intimidate me with an onslaught legal threats. I called literally 30+ lawyers in town to seek legal advice, and if they bothered to reach back out to me, the response was that my case was too small. I spoke with Will the first day I called. He really listened and was moved by our predicament. He then proceeded to guide me step-by-step through the process of suing the landlord. We won the case, couldn't have hoped for more. But really, the psychological comfort of having him on my side during such a stressful and unnerving time was incalculable. If you want a lawyer who listens to you, Will's your guy!

This lawyer was excellent. I was very sorry to see her go when she took maternity leave. I felt like she cared about me and stayed in my corner during a difficult time in my life. I struggled to understand the process of divorce, what was important and what wasn't, what "looks good" and what doesn't, etc. Nothing was intuitive for me, but Leah was a guide and a counsel. Her rate was very affordable for this industry and she was efficient. If you're looking for a compassionate and empowering attorney, I highly recommend Leah.

I was having issues with the IRS over a business tax issue.
I thought I could simply write a letter to IRS abs explain abs resolve. That did not happen so I canned Mr. Schmith. We met reviewed all of the material involved and he went to work.
Again I hopes the matter was a simple fix but of course I have learned nothing with the IRS is simple. Greg set up
An accountant for me to work with and together the worked through issues involved. They kept me well informed as to progress, even after covid slowed everything down with the IRS. After several meetings and calls we finally got the issue resolved at about 1/4 of what I started with.
The other thing was my ex wife wax involved with one of the years in question. Greg quickly went to work on getting her name off the tax issue and eliminating any responsibility for her in the issue.
They were even able to help me with the State getting a large refund.
I of course would and have recommended Greg to other people I know.

I hired Chris to represent me for a couple of bad credit card debt lawsuits that I wanted to settle. I am very pleased with my entire experience with this firm. Lawyers don't make miracles, they work with the law. This firm's expertise has made me smarter when dealing with legal issues. Therefore; I know how to gauge my expectations regarding outcomes. If you are willing to learn and take advice this firm will do a fantastic job. However; if you just want your way (miracles), you should take a moment think before considering legal outcomes. Always remember TV law isn't real world law. Terri is a wonderful person and powerful lawyer. I have had Terri has my custody lawyer since 2019/2020. She has always told me what I needed to hear in a respectful way. Any email or call I have made, I received answers back within 24-48 hours if not immediately. This hasn’t changed over the years of business I’ve had with her, even when I know I can be a bit annoying. Even when the courts didn’t give me answers I hoped for, Terri made sure nothing happened negatively, only maintain and gain. She fought as aggressive and amazing as some of big names that most people hear in the area. I highly recommend her for anyone needing a lawyer.

Matthew did a fantastic job helping me get my dog back after my ex-husband stole her from me. He helped me through all the steps we needed to take. Then he helped me decipher what evidence we needed when it was decided we would be going to court. He walked me through each step of the process. This was my first experience with having to go to court, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the help I received or the verdict. Matthew also communicated very well and frequently with me. We have hired Mr. Rethlake 3 times now. He has taken care of an eviction, where I am the POA. This makes things more difficult when dealing with court matters. Mr. Rethlake was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me. He is also helped with my mother in law's estate and with the contract sale of my grandfather's home. I'm a single mom of 3 almost-adult children. While attempting to set my own affairs in order and make sure my children were well provided for in an unplanned scenario, I went to Sarah for advice and she took care of everything I had and had not thought of. In 2015 my disability benefits from an independent insurance company were wrongly terminated. Miss Everett prepared my very difficult and lengthy appeal. She won the case for me. My benefits were reinstated and I received all of the back pay that was due me. Miss Everett was extremely responsive to my calls and emails. I was referred to Sarah by a funeral home to help with issues concerning a cremation for a family member. I was so impressed by how quickly she attended to my needs. It was simply unbelievable. She went out of her way to get things done quickly and thoroughly. It was amazing. She drove out her way to meet me to get paperwork, worked hard to get things done fast (I just had to smile when I saw emails after midnight, she meant business!), and communicated extremely well with me and my husband.
