I contacted Mr. Shonk in regards to an issue with a landlord breaching contract. Mr. Shonk was extremely knowledgeable on indiana renters laws and gave me the help to deal with the landlord, resulting in the landlord ceasing their harassment and ultimately apologizing for their actions/behavior. I hired Ms Homann to help me negotiate and remove myself from a corporate structure and real estate LLC. The contra side of this transaction were challenging to work with. I just wanted out. Jackie was able to both work with the other side as well well as walk me through different parts of the many parts of the transaction. She was also able to make sure that I got the correct indemnifications and releases while simultaneously not giving too much on my side (in interest of just GETTING OUT). She was also very helpful in explaining the 'legal-eze'. I appreciated her candor and ease of speaking with and 'hand-holding' when parts got stressful. Chris Schmidgall handled my expungement and sealing cases in Indiana relating to charges that were either dropped or dismissed by the Court. While several other attorneys would not even call me back, Chris immediately stepped in and took initiative to help me and my family out. Specifically, he thoroughly investigated all the legal elements of my case and frequently consulted with his legal assistants on the matter to prepare the best motions and petitions possible. To say it simply, his legal motions are excellent and he strongly argues the law. I hired Patrick to deal with a matter. While it seemed to drag on and would never get any resolution due to the company I was suing, it did finally go to trial and I can't imagine any other attorney having such command of the courtroom. No matter what the final outcome I can be satisfied knowing he had my best interests in mind the entire time. Patrick is the one you want in the courtroom with you! I used Patrick McEuen to handle an insurance issue I had a with a local hospital. My surgeon tried to overcharge me due to his mis-diagnosis (refusal to take necessary tests prior to surgery). Patrick handled it with my insurance company, gathering all the details of their procedures in billing, and wrote several letters on my behalf to the hospital and also a collection agency. I was very impressed by him and how he took care of me even though it wasn't a huge case. I would definitely recommend him and his staff. He's very personal and I felt comfortable doing business with him.

Mr. Phillipoff was amazing. An apartment complex falsely claimed I signed a lease and broke it, so I was in desperate need of getting out of a $7,000 bill that was wrongfully put on my lap! I had dealt with another attorney for a couple of months who told me to just settle and pay half to get out of it even though I had more than enough evidence to prove it was not my signature and work time stamps proving I couldn't have been there at signing. I then sought out Mr. Phillipoff and in just two weeks from meeting him the issue was resolved and I was released from this false claim! Very happy in giving my money to him versus a fraudulent company. He was efficient, professional, and communicated clearly and concisely.
