We have hired Mr. Rethlake 3 times now. He has taken care of an eviction, where I am the POA. This makes things more difficult when dealing with court matters. Mr. Rethlake was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me. He is also helped with my mother in law's estate and with the contract sale of my grandfather's home. We find him very friendly, knowledgeable and accessible for every question or worry. He takes time to explain every option in the process and make sure that you understand. If ever we need a lawyer again we will not hesitate to call Mr. Rethlake.

I'm a single mom of 3 almost-adult children. While attempting to set my own affairs in order and make sure my children were well provided for in an unplanned scenario, I went to Sarah for advice and she took care of everything I had and had not thought of. For a short visit to her office and a fee that's less than I pay for internet in 6 months, it was well worth the peace of mind it has afforded me. Sarah is a calm, warm, responsive, sympathetic person. In 2015 my disability benefits from an independent insurance company were wrongly terminated. Miss Everett prepared my very difficult and lengthy appeal. She won the case for me. My benefits were reinstated and I received all of the back pay that was due me. Miss Everett was extremely responsive to my calls and emails. I believe that, along with the written appeal, her excellent communication and negotiation skills are a large part of winning the case.

I was referred to Sarah by a funeral home to help with issues concerning a cremation for a family member. I was so impressed by how quickly she attended to my needs. It was simply unbelievable. She went out of her way to get things done quickly and thoroughly. It was amazing. She drove out her way to meet me to get paperwork, worked hard to get things done fast (I just had to smile when I saw emails after midnight, she meant business!), and communicated extremely well with me and my husband. From the first phone call to having my issue resolved it was less than 24 hours. I can't give her enough praise. I hired Ms Homann to help me negotiate and remove myself from a corporate structure and real estate LLC. The contra side of this transaction were challenging to work with. I just wanted out. Jackie was able to both work with the other side as well well as walk me through different parts of the many parts of the transaction. She was also able to make sure that I got the correct indemnifications and releases while simultaneously not giving too much on my side (in interest of just GETTING OUT). She was also very helpful in explaining the 'legal-eze'. I appreciated her candor and ease of speaking with and 'hand-holding' when parts got stressful. I will definitely be keeping her number close for further advice/transactions in the state. This lawyer was excellent. I was very sorry to see her go when she took maternity leave. I felt like she cared about me and stayed in my corner during a difficult time in my life. I struggled to understand the process of divorce, what was important and what wasn't, what "looks good" and what doesn't, etc. Nothing was intuitive for me, but Leah was a guide and a counsel. Chris Schmidgall handled my expungement and sealing cases in Indiana relating to charges that were either dropped or dismissed by the Court. While several other attorneys would not even call me back, Chris immediately stepped in and took initiative to help me and my family out. I hired Patrick to deal with a matter. While it seemed to drag on and would never get any resolution due to the company I was suing, it did finally go to trial and I can't imagine any other attorney having such command of the courtroom. No matter what the final outcome I can be satisfied knowing he had my best interests in mind the entire time. Patrick is the one you want in the courtroom with you! I used Patrick McEuen to handle an insurance issue I had a with a local hospital. My surgeon tried to overcharge me due to his mis-diagnosis (refusal to take necessary tests prior to surgery). Patrick handled it with my insurance company, gathering all the details of their procedures in billing, and wrote several letters on my behalf to the hospital and also a collection agency. I was very impressed by him and how he took care of me even though it wasn't a huge case. I would definitely recommend him and his staff.
