I employed attorney Dant to file a disability application on my behalf. He did so in early January 2021 and I could never get hold of him again. I e-mailed and called his assistant who told me on three occasions someone would be talking to me. They never did. It actually took me calling the office to even get them to review an e-mail and prepare a letter of withdrawal.

I contacted this man 10/24/2022 in regards to a property on 1619 S Carlisle St. South Bend, IN. I was met with EXTREME aggression for simply asking questions about the status of the property that is owned by my grandfather James Jenkins. He refused to give me answers and told me i need to speak with my aunt instead of him (an attorney). Im worried this property will never be sold because of this mans extremely bad attitude and aggressiveness. if you happen to ever run into this man or anyone associated with him RUN!

Kathryn S. Garrett is supposed to be a guardian ad litem in a case. She is supposed to be a neutral party and clearly sides with DCS from day one. Not professional and called my children liars. Will be contacting the bar to let them know of her behavior. Wouldn't recommend hiring this lady as she doesn't seem to know the definition of guardian ad litem...

Judge Randy Williams is a loose cannon. If you are scheduled to go in front of him, you better hope he is having a good day. One bad instance throughout the day and he will take it out on anyone that goes in front of him after. He tried to drop out of his campaign for reelection but didnt do it in time. He said he was going to step down, that was about 4 years ago. He will tell you something will only take a few days, then take months to do it. I wish I had good things to say about Judge Williams, he has been fair to me in my dealings with him. But it is definitely time for him to step down.

Mr Thompson did not take his oath as an officer of the Court seriously he has been completely ineffective assistance of counsel for my husband. He should not be representing any criminal defendants at all if you want to be sent up the river and railroaded then this is the guy for you I've never been more disappointed with a counsel in all of my lifetime it is a shame that he is appointed to defend anyone,people like him don't deserve the opportunity he has in the court of law to be ineffective assistance of counsel to anyone. I can see him being sanctioned by the bar association in the very near future I would not recommend him to an animal let alone a human being.

RINO... but clearly a sign of the perversion of the party. prosecutor's goals are to stack up charges and force people to run out of money defending themselves from charges they can file for free.
