An absolute amazing man and a wonderful staff to match. I didn't know how to use technology when he helped me in my time of need. So this is a few years after the matter. My husband had just passed away and I found out the insurance company didn't want to pay up. My sister referred me to this angel. He got me my husband's policy I was owed. It was a hard time for me and I didn't know how to deal with this part and i was crying uncontrollably . He was so professional, yet an understanding human. He told me to ake all the time I needed, because the thought of signing these papers seemed so final on his death, that it was a realization to me that he was really never going to come back to me. It's going to be 8 years on the 24th of February. Not a day goes by that I remember the kindness that he and his staff gave me, as this was and still is the first REAL loss (close to me), that I've experienced. Thank you cannot begin to express or acknowledge the respect, and love I have for this man and his staff. Thank you isn't enough for the help and genuine thoughtfulness y'all showed me.

Mike Ivan is the creme-de-la-creme. One of the best people to come into my life. He has performed legal work for me and other family members. I love this man he saved my life!!!!!! I was facing 30 years for a burglary I honestly did not commit.They threw me in repeat offenders court with judge cooper,30 years just for the burglary than an additional 15 because supposedly i hadn't been out of prison long enough.Mr. Stanford jumped right in at a very reasonable rate in fact nobody in the city would touch me for that amount.He stood firm filed the best "motion to dismiss" I've ever seen.I still have the copy he gave to me in a frame!!1The next court date they dropped the case in its entirety.I wouldn't be writing this if it wasn't for you Doug..Go bull dogs..If you want a hard working attorney hes the real deal..love you Doug thanks for getting my life back..Eddie

I was on a 12 month payment plan. One person sent an email stating that my obligation would be fulfilled by June. I hadn’t noticed that they did not process the payment for June. So July rolls around and I pay my other bills that were neglected and I got NSF. I contacted the firm and spoke with someone about the issue. She stated that I missed June’s payment and they did not charge me a fee I explained to her that the payment was never submitted to my bank. So she then asked when she could submit the payment for July and I responded stating that she could submit it anytime. She did not do it. Fast forward, the person that initiated the payment arrangement, returned to work and answered my month ago already responded to email. She then stated that I have to pay an additional $2000 because of NSF and that it is in the contract. First, I was told that they could have me pay it but they did not charge me. I asked about it late September. I sent two additional emails to get clarification. I did not hear anything. So today, I was sent a list of 12 payments that I made and that the other person will be sending me the balance. She could have just included it in the email. I believe that no matter what, she was going to charge those fees no matter what documents I sent to her and I showed proof of the conversation and that still wasn’t enough. They will get money out of a person one way or the other. They are just as shady as my homeowner’s association that they represent. Money grubbers. If I could rate them a zero I would.

I cannot recommend Hollyn and her paralegal, McKenzie, enough! The service was OUTSTANDING! Hollyn met with us in person initially, and made what could have been SUPER complicated situation, with transferring my deceased sister’s trust almost effortless. And I really appreciated that the very reasonable expense to help us with all of the filings and papers was done as a flat fee. There were no surprises or hidden costs! Because of this, I was not stressed about the MANY emails I sent asking for help and clarification on how to do things, as this was the first time I was the executor for a trust.
And there responses were so quick; I always got an answer immediately. I even called in a panic when I was at the bank (getting my Medallion Signature Guarantees) and they took my call and patiently talked me through everything. What amazing and caring client service to get in this day and age when other law firms bill for every ten minutes!

I am so grateful for Hollyn Foster. I went to Bowers and Associates, because my family had gotten help from them in 2015, when my Mom needed to admitted to a nursing home, and they provided excellent service to help set up a Qualified Income Trust. This past December (2019), I went to see Hollyn Foster for help with my sister-in-law's estate. Take you time and money elsewhere. I can’t fathom how this business has any good reviews. I hired this firm to take care of a criminal misdemeanor charge for me. They answered my call and took my money so fast but the second I needed guidance or assistance regarding my case they were no where to be found. I woke up to a text from my attorney at 4:30 in the morning the day I was supposed to appear in court with a warning that I would have a bench warrant out for my arrest if I did not show. During my case I went through two attorneys because the first one quit the firm due to being overworked and not aligning with the morals of the firm. He made me aware of the fact that I was charged $500 for paralegal fees when the firm doesn’t employ any paralegals. This was confirmed to be true by my second attorney. Both attorneys were verbal about their dislike for John Musca because of his scammy business practices. When I called over the phone to speak with the man who took my money and my case I couldn’t get through. Once again STAY AWAY! There are plenty of lawyers willing to take your money, do yourself a favor and give it to anyone except John Musca.

She has closed several real estate transactions for me and there was one transaction she definitely gave the WOW factor. I had a transaction that went down hill at the very end, meaning no one is going to get paid. Instead of having the "On to the next one" mentality like many Title Companies. This Seller was very upset because we were a few days from closing so she moved out of her house into a rental. Just before closing the buyers financing fell through and wanted their binder back. She fought hard for my seller back and forth with the Buyer's Agent, Buyer's Broker and the Lender for two weeks, to get down to the bottom of the problem and why they should explain to the buyer that giving the binder to the seller is the best course of action.
