I cannot recommend Hollyn and her paralegal, McKenzie, enough! The service was OUTSTANDING! Hollyn met with us in person initially, and made what could have been SUPER complicated situation, with transferring my deceased sister’s trust almost effortless. And I really appreciated that the very reasonable expense to help us with all of the filings and papers was done as a flat fee. There were no surprises or hidden costs! Because of this, I was not stressed about the MANY emails I sent asking for help and clarification on how to do things, as this was the first time I was the executor for a trust.
And there responses were so quick; I always got an answer immediately. I even called in a panic when I was at the bank (getting my Medallion Signature Guarantees) and they took my call and patiently talked me through everything. What amazing and caring client service to get in this day and age when other law firms bill for every ten minutes!

I went to Bowers and Associates, because my family had gotten help from them in 2015, when my Mom needed to admitted to a nursing home, and they provided excellent service to help set up a Qualified Income Trust. She has closed several real estate transactions for me and there was one transaction she definitely gave the WOW factor. I had a transaction that went down hill at the very end, meaning no one is going to get paid. Instead of having the "On to the next one" mentality like many Title Companies. This Seller was very upset because we were a few days from closing so she moved out of her house into a rental. Just before closing the buyers financing fell through and wanted their binder back. She fought hard for my seller back and forth with the Buyer's Agent, Buyer's Broker and the Lender for two weeks, to get down to the bottom of the problem and why they should explain to the buyer that giving the binder to the seller is the best course of action. She completely HANDLED the situation even though she had no dog in the fight and for that she is my #1 go to Attorney for anything in her scope of work.

Ms. Benjamin helped me get a DUI case dismissed. I had no idea of my rights and basically give up so much by thinking the arresting officer was my “friend”. I know in cases of wrongful stopping and even arresting without probable cause is a violation and may have been avoided had I known Ms. Benjamin before.
After reviewing my discovery, my below the limit blood alcohol levels and incorrect arresting procedures, my case was dismissed. I’m happy to have that part of my life behind me with.

When Atty. Matthew Collett was referred to me to handle my case, the first thing I did was reviewed his profiles against the other attorney profiles that I had in my list. Matt Collett was a pleasure to deal with, he got my driving with a suspended license changed to a civil case of not having a valid drivers license. He also got my speeding ticket completely dropped. I've used Omar for a couple of things and been very happy with his service. He's great about communicating, which not all lawyers are. His fees are reasonable, given the cost of legal issues these days. He gives things to you straight, but lets you make your own decision after laying out all the facts. Recently, actually about three years ago I had a lawsuit brought against me. I didn't know who to turn to. Know one I actually knew, even attorney friends from my church could give me any clear direction. At this point, I prayed that God would help me. This was a potential life-changing event in my life. I then received a letter in the mail from Jimerson & Cobb Law Firm. I felt this letter was a gateway to the answer I was seeking. I then retained Jimerson & Cobb to represent me in this matter. Knowing my time to responding to this lawsuit was nearing its deadline to respond, they went right to work. They responded right away. Throughout my case, I felt the assurance of a seasoned, professional, family atmosphere from the entire firm. I was represented by Hans Wahl who is a very knowledgable professional attorney. He felt my burden and carried it throughout the case. Finally our day came, he as always he was well prepared to take my case to trial. I own a building contracting company. We had completely built a job for a client without a deposit and at the end tried to collect all money for service rendered. The client then made up his own contract in addition to the one he had already signed with us and asked us to sign his new contract. It included extra items not included the original contract doubling our cost of the job, but for no additional pay. After trying several times to come to an agreement with the client we soon realized that our voice was falling on deaf ears. Once we refused to sign his agreement that he made himself, he banished us from the property and told us he would do it himself, that we weren't going to be compensated a dime, and were never allowed back. I've never been put in a situation like this in the past 7 years of owning my business or the 10 years of experiences in the building industry. Upon seeking legal advice, I was referred to Kevin through another associate and told him the story. Kevin went to bat for us. We went to trial and won.
