I've used Mr Barnes for 2 legal issues with two different manufacturers. In both cases they were settled and handled in my favor with a lot of due diligence by Mr Barnes. Mr Berger sold my business. It took approximately 6 months until the Closing day. The buyers were dragging and changing always the APA. Mr Berger was always available when needed for a conference call, with emails or even text messages. I never felt that he neglects my problems. He always addressed my interests. He modified multiple times the APA for my business sold for more than 1 million. He was always up to date, he was calling the buyer's attorney discussing details , conditions, terms. He wrote me and sent me documents after midnight but also at 6 AM. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, diligent, kind. After Mr Berger closed the deal with the sale of my business on 31st of the year. He was available on Christmas day and on 31st of the year. I realized that all attorneys that I had before are far away in what they offer from Mr Berger. I realized that Mr Berger deserves all the money and more. Mr. Berger works very hard and I am sure that he will make every client happy. Thank you Sir !

I consulted Majid Foroozandeh on a credit card Hack by Wells Fargo Bank. I was only one of the many Wells Fargo abuse customers who had unauthorized advances taken from their credit card cash advance, transferred to their checking account ... allowing a tax agency to snatch a disputed tax claim.
Majid was extremely helpful in giving me sage advise on how best to handle my case. With his good advise I was able to beat Wells Fargo on the initial suit ... WF appealed... then I again won the Wells Fargo's Appeal suit***

I was in a dilemma with some renters in the private property that I help to manage. It was a very tricky situation with so many different variables that made it unclear as to the liabilities that were at stake as well as the proper way to go about protecting myself and whether I would need an attorney.
After discussing the specifics of the situation, Majid very patiently explained what my situation meant as well as the best course of action to take. His response was very honest and above and beyond anything I could have expected. Majid even went as far as to help me draft the proper documentation to keep in line with all the laws and regulations and keep me protected.

Mr. Ayers was my attorney for the dissolution of my marriage of almost 20 years in 2010. To say I was one of his more challenging clients is an understatement. During the time he was my council, my now ex-husband was harassing me, stealing my mail, hacking into my email, and utilizing cell phone spyware to gain the upper hand in the out come of the divorce. I was hostile, frustrated, not very savvy with technology, and only heard about 1/3 of the good advice he was giving me. He and his wife exhibited an almost saintly amount of patience with all of my antics. Mr. Ayers did an excellent job on the final dissolution agreement. In fact, my ex-husband was not following through with what he agreed to, I took him to Court, and won. He did a solid job on my divorce and the Judge backed it up! Family Law is the worst of the worst. It takes an experienced, smart attorney to stay the course and do a good job with all the drama flying about. I am now on the other side, have surpassed my kids in the tech department, and am back to the person I should have been. If you are seeking a divorce, it is really important to remember that everyone is at their worst during that time. I am grateful I found Mr. Ayers (although I did not convey this at the time) who was pragmatic, smart, knew the law, and did not partake in all the drama.

I could post the same as other reviewers have; high cost, little return for it, lack of communication regarding charges, a feeling you were taken advantage of... and it is all true, in my experience. Find someone without the negative reviews, or you might have to post a negative review yourself as the only way to warm others not to hire someone with so many bad reviews.

I went to see him and was turned over to a junior lawyer. He was terrible. He wrote an unusable letter. He over charged me. I was told he was bad and nobody was satisfied. I was thrilled with that kind of integrity. Then I got the "official" response. He was terrific and they hated to lose him. So what do I do if my lawyer was bad. Find a new lawyer. Haha. A waste of $800. I think if you are wealthy you would probably fair better.
