I have dismissed charges on some felony due to no evidence. This lady is the attorney for my wife's daughters grandma. Tell how it's right to try to judge and hold someone accountable for a charge that was dismissed. And she don't know the difference in no contact and a ppo. I will seek guidance to take this lady to court of defamation of character, slander, among others. Your not gonna play with me freedom this way. Your gonna learn. I will also look into if the ABA can help in this. Your breaking the laws lady and you and your client are lying. I will expose you.

I hired Ms. Patrick upon being charged with Unlawful Imprisonment, Interfering with communications and assault and battery. I was so distraught and confused at first. Knowing I could possibly end up in prison for 15 years! Melissa first calmed me down and made me focus. I was then able to provide her with the information and evidence she requested. She listens and provides understanding in a confusing time with out judgement. I felt completely comfortable with her understanding her expert opinions and advisement. I was really nervous when I reached out to her initially. She was in trial when I called. So it was a couple of days before I was able to speak with her. But once I spoke with her, she gave me confidence that she could resolve my issue. And she indeed did that with no problems.

I filed Bankruptcy in 2014. Bob took very good care of me through it all. Years later when I had questions about my credit report I called Bob and he had me come to his office to go over my report and what I had to do. No extra charges. Bob also went above and beyond by making phone calls for me on his own. I will continue to use this law firm in the future if need be. Thank you Bob and Staff for taking such great care of me.

There was a problem with our mortgage company as when our first payment was due after our bankruptcy. When I called to see what to do I kept getting we will look into and get back to you. I kept calling and emailing and did not get any response. I finally after calling and emailing got a hold of someone and they said for them to pursue it I had to pay a 500 dollar retainer. Would of liked to have known this the first time I called and not 4 days before our mortgage company was going to take action. Then I got I am not sure what I am going to be able to do by then I am going out of town tomorrow. I also got I have verification from the trustee that you are the one correct but of course would not send it to me to share with my mortgage company. Through our whole bankruptcy we kept getting all these extra fees when we paid so much already. Please do not go with this shady law firm!!!

Be mindful of any mistakes they make and the balances behind them. Bob will still charge you for his fees even if he make errors with paperwork of files items the court does not recognize.

Attempting to make a payment is impossible they don't have a pay online or pay over the phone option. They are understaffed and when I mentioned to one of the attorneys that they are debt collectors and should give viable options I was then told they are NOT debt collectors but when you call the first thing the message says is "we are debt collectors and this is an attempt to collect a debt"
