I have been a client with Panda Law Firm for 9 months. I hired Panda LF to represent me in Debt Settlement. I spoke with Mr. X Peters (the boss) a couple of times. Mr. x really is the nicest guy. He was a straight shooter and felt confident I was in great hands. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to convert my case from debt settlement to bankruptcy. Attorney Elizabeth DeFlyer was assigned to my case. Due to my circumstances, I was not the easiest client to handle. I had a lot of questions, & I admit, I was not ready to hear some hard truths which made me a challenging client. Nonetheless, Ms. DeFlyer held the line (& my hand) and got me to the finish line. She really was a great attorney to work with. She also understood and empathized with my circumstances, and worked late into the evening to get to the desired resolution. In addition, Everyone at Panda I came in contact with was kind & helpful, Vicky,Kate, Joseph, Yvonne, MJ, & a receptionist that was super helpful & she practically heard me lose my marbles, (but not on her to be clear) thank you all !

Extremely unprofessional, Should be able to give Zero Stars. I was happy with the initial response to my inquiry regarding a potential case and the cost but as I was retaining them I got the we think this case is going to cost double. Really three weeks later as I'm retaining them. If that was the real cost why not tell me the upfront? Shady bait and switch! If you want your money to be taken then hire these people.

I reached out to this law firm around May 2024, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and unprofessional. Initially, I was assigned to an attorney who left the firm shortly afterward. I was not informed of this change until five months later, when I called to follow up on my case.
I was then assigned to a new attorney, but she was completely unaware that she had been assigned to my case. She showed little to no interest or regard for my situation, which was incredibly disheartening. The lack of communication and professionalism throughout this process was glaring.
Based on my experience with their handling of employment law, I question their professionalism in other areas as well. It felt like asking an unqualified individual to represent me, rather than a knowledgeable legal professional.
I do not recommend this law firm. While they may present themselves well initially, my experience was a complete waste of time.

They handled my husband's case from an accident where he was rear-ended, just fine. That is not the reason for the bad review. The settlement was paid by the at fault party's insurance. Back in June of 2024 we sent a letter to this law firm saying we weren't pursuing an addition claim against our own insurance. The claim was never closed by the firm and we are facing an additional $1300 surcharge added to our auto insurance premium because the claim remains open. Our insurer said we cannot close the claim; it has to be done by our attorney. We have called 6 times this month and they have done nothing to close the claim. We called again today and they said give us a few more days "to look into it;" not actually contact our insurance company. Our auto premium is due very soon and being on a fixed income, we cannot afford the extra $1300. The surcharge would be cancelled if this office would just do its job and contact the insurance company. It's been over 6 months since we made our wishes known in writing and we're still trying to get them to take care of what should be a quick and simple matter. The insurance company will not let my husband request the claim be closed. He has repeatedly told this office that the claim can only be closed by them directly contacting the insurance company and requesting it. He just heard back from this office saying to send our insurance the letter we sent in June, asking them to handle this. He has given them the open claim number. We cannot understand why they cannot just simply call, email or mail them asking them to close the claim as we requested? I will revise this to a more favorable review, if they take immediate action to close the open claim against our insurer. This shouldn’t be this difficult!

Definitely the worst patent attorney I have ever experienced in my 60 years of life. I paid over $20,000 to this office for an application and waited 7 years. I was so excited to see my application patented, but the attorney sent me an email through his staff notifying me that the application was abandoned because a few hundred dollars were due to the patent office. The attorney had promised to take care of the fee, but that was not the case. What an unethical office. I do not recommend this office to anyone.

In the beginning we thought this was a great place since it’s a nice building , clean , nice workers , went there to get a TRUST done .. well , time went by and we weren’t receiving our property tax bill so we called the number to find out why and they said that the zip code that was recorded was wrong that we needed to go back to the lawyers to correct it - well, come to find out the paralegal put 2 different zip codes on 2 different forms so it screwed the deed up anyway we went to the lawyers to correct it he said it should take couple days to get done .. we waited couple weeks , left messages for the them to find out when we could pick up the forms nobody returned our call so couple days later we just went to the office to find out what’s going on and the lawyer said you can’t just come down here without an appointment and expect us to see you .. that upset me ! We said that we tried calling and nobody called us back he says oh that’s when our phones weren’t working ?? A lawyers firm phones not working and his cell phone not working since we called both previously really ! .. told him it’s been a month now and the paperwork hasn’t been done so we went on our way and about 2 weeks later they called to pick it up finally .. Just very unprofessional place very disappointed bad customer service

Told me I’d owe nothing then told to pay upfront 500$ then told to file extension because it would be late filing then said I owed $700 more to get me to owe nothing and held me hostage for $700 to complete my paperwork I didn’t even make 24k this year so I knew something was wrong and asked for a refund I was told I’d be refunded by the office then the owner called and said they didn’t do refunds and my taxes were too complex which is silly I had a mileage tracker everything was easy and under 150$ with a different service. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Reported them and now I have to file a lawsuit on them for my money back avoid scam and extortion. Not sure how they got 4.8 stars I’d give them -5 stars if possible

My Father passed unexpectedly and thought he had his estate taken care of because he paid for his funeral in advance and had assigned an administrator/power of attorney to handle his affairs. The nightmare began about 30 days from his death when the administrator my Dad had assigned failed at his duties. There's a reason Lee Drizin is so highly rated on Google, and it's because he is a really good attorney.
I'm a young woman, still in college, and when my mother passed unexpectedly and suddenly, I wasn't sure what to do to handle her estate and everything that comes after someone passes. I found Mr Drizin on Google, and it has been history ever since. Him and his team are constantly available to answer any questions one may have during the entire process, and he has steamlined the entire thing to be as painless and direct as possible. It is not easy at all, as there are so many accounts nowadays that people can have, but I was always directed to who exactly to contact and what to do.
My advise is twofold to anyone going through the probate process after the loss of a loved one: one, use Lee Drizin, and two, make sure to keep on top of all you have to do on your part to get paperwork and documents. These are the best ways to make it as painless as you can.
I also want to thank Mr Drizin and his team for also suggesting an accountant to help with the final tax documents, which also smoothed the process. With decades of experience, it clearly shows in everything Mr Drizin does to run his attorney's office. I cannot recommend him enough. I'm not sure how the other attorneys compare, but I can guarantee that he knows his stuff and gets it done here.

I can’t thank Russell Gubler enough for going above and beyond. Russell helped us get a frivolous contractor lien taken off our property. He handled this seamlessly. Fast forward, Several months, and the property is under contract. The title company couldn’t discern whether a previous, unrelated lien, was still on the property. This lien was generated years earlier during the Bohmer scandal here in Vegas. I called Russell, not realizing it was the previous unscrupulous contractors lien, and he handled everything. He got directly on the phone, and contacted the title company, and then walked the title company representative through the paperwork. It turns out, it was a filing error on the part of the recorder. Agnes, his go to office girl, was also indispensable in this process. Thanks to her, as well, for great communication. Just Wonderful!
