Paid for 2 trademark registrations in Oct. 2013. Due to his failure to respond to office actions, the USPTO abandoned them in early 2016. 3 years wasted and back to square one. He refused to refund our $3k, but offered to pay the refiling fees, so I agreed if he committed to completing them in the normal 12-14 months. Almost a year later, one still not filed, one in limbo, and zero response to numerous e-mails. Have fired him and hired another attorney to complete. Given other reviews I've seen now, I'm not the only one he's screwed over. Find someone else to handle your legal affairs!

It is easy for me to recommend Brad Walker as a top notch attorney. I was involved in a lawsuit in Federal Court concerning a real estate issue. The process was lengthy and required a great deal of document review, legal knowledge, and diligence. At every point during the process I found Brad to be resourceful and prepared. His wise counsel allowed me to stay confident and informed through a legal process that was unfamiliar to me.
At trial the immense volume of reference documents were quickly and deftly handled by his team. His use of computers and exhibits were enhanced by a technological approach that was clear and compelling to me and the jury. I found him to be tireless in his preparation and alert to the shifting issues that arose throughout the case. Always prepared to see it through to the final moments, he backed the opposition into a spot that swayed settlement negotiations strongly in my favor.
A true gentleman and a brilliant mind are hallmarks of this man who succeeded in steering me and my company successfully through a very trying time. I would not hesitate to recommend him strongly in any legal matter and can relax with confidence in his judgment.

I would tell anyone that wanted to use Melinda that she is very knowledgable, and intelligent, but her staff is not organized, they don't get back to you, or follow through with what you ask. For instance, I asked that they PLEASE inform me when my ex husband was served with papers, but noone did, so I looked stupid, not knowing. At the consultation, I gave her 1500 dollars and she didn't start on my case, for 6 + weeks, and it took me calling the office, and telling them I needed a refund, because they wouldn't do anything, they finally did then. My case did not go to court, which Is where I hear she excels, but she did well about knowing what you could ask for and what you couldn't, and being realilistic, which was nice to work with. The rest of it, I cant praise to much.

I hired Mr Treece over 1 year ago because of credit card fraud. I presented all of my information to him initially, and he agreed to take my case. Mr Treece has indeed represented me and the case by the credit card company against me has been dropped. Obviously I am very happy about that, although I do honestly have to say that it really should not have been very difficult to get it dropped as the company had no signatures at all of mine, everything was done over the internet, I did not commit any fraud. Part of my dissatisfaction with Mr Treece stems from the fact that he agreed up front to represent me at any time in the future should I need assistance because the person that committed the fraud has my social security number and had previously done this same thing with another credit card. He is in no way indicating he will continue to assist me as he will not respond to my last 3 e-mails. Mr Treece is very slow to return phone calls and e-mails and I am judging by the lack of his response to my last e-mail that I am no longer his client, without any further notification from him, he has not addressed any of my questions. Although the credit card company has dropped the suit, there is still unsettled business. I am very disappointed in the overall service. I addressed my dissatisfaction with him at least a couple of times, he apologized to me and said that he was going to pay more attention to my case. I have paid on time, done everything I have been asked to do and I think his care of my case, although I do realize it is a small case, is very unprofessional and I feel he misrepresented how he would assist me in the beginning. I would not recommend him as an attorney.

Erika was extremely nice however just not good at communication and keeping in touch. I hired her to be licensed with the Arkansas board of nursing as I had a complication on my background from 1994. I was never able to get licensed with the Arkansas board of nursing. We we're supposed to take several steps to get me licensed which never occurred. They were supposed to submit to the Attorney generals office for a formal opinion, that never happened. Sometimes she wouldnt return my calls or emails for more than two months at a time. I would not recommend her for representation, if you want someone who communicates well with you, this is not your attorney.
