My story begins as a simple probate with all family members in agreement after my father’s death. After searching online for attorneys, I came upon Ryan’s web site that was the most informative and very well laid out. I filled out the contact me section and received a call from Ryan the next day. Ryan took the time to listen to my situation as well as explain the different types of probate cases and what to expect from our case. He was very professional, engaging and knowledgeable in all aspects of our phone conversation. Never did I feel rushed while on the phone. I met with Ryan later that week to retain him to probate my father’s estate. In the weeks that followed Ryan was handling everything in a prompt and expeditious manner. The family members were in good hands. I could end this review now if everything had gone according to plan and give Ryan a 5 star recommendation…..Except it didn’t go to plan when one family member decided to go rouge in the middle of the probate after signing to proceed. This is where we got to firsthand witness the amazing legal skills, professionalism and empathy that Ryan possesses.
Our cases (my mother passed away within a year of my father) with Ryan consisted of two trials, an appeal, multiple legal filings and several court/deposition appearances. With Ryan’s legal expertise we were successful in both cases that he handled for us. Ryan’s unwavering legal skills, support and empathy towards my family and I are what carried us through this trying time. While the professionalism of Ryan and his office staff of Stevie and Jill are second to none, to us they became cherished members of our inner circle of friends and family.

Richard Traina has done an excellent job representing me in 6 cases now (5 at the same time!). Went to the Batman movie with Lauren. Batman movie wasn't great, but Lauren was an interesting date. She seems to have her act together and I think she will go far. Mrs. Terrell and her associates helped me get through both zoning and licensing matters easily. Mr. Gernhauser was assigned to my son's case as a public defender. I do not live in the state where all of this took place. As a mother, I was concerned and worried about what was happening, what would happen and what we could do. He returned all of my calls immediately, answered questions, he was honest, straightforward, kind and patient. He represented my son to the best of his ability and stayed on top of the case. After Hurricane Katrina destruction, I began to rebuild through the Road Home program. I was unsuccessful because of contractor fraud. Attorney Chris Paul is an ACE litigator. He is prepared, confident and aggressive. My case involved criminal trespassing charges levied by an unscrupulous complainant. Even though there was no physical evidence, the complainant was allowed to make false charges. Chris researched the complaint, compiled credible evidence on my behalf and presented a winning argument to the New Orleans Magistrate City Attorney. The charges were dismissed.
