We ran into a situation where we had purchased a home that started to show signs of major hidden damage only 6 months after we purchased it. After hiring multiple contractors to come look at the damage and doing a lot of research on our own, we realized that the sellers were aware of this damage before selling us the home and they chose not to disclose anything to us when we purchased the home (nor did they properly repair the damages).
When looking for attorneys, we came across Kevin's name because he had written a very informative article on this very subject. We hired him and after 2 years, we received the best possible outcome. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and his background and skills as an attorney. He was incredibly patient with us, he did not overbill us, and he truly had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process.
I have worked for attorneys for over 30 years and if you find yourself in a similar situation as we were in here, look no further. Hiring Kevin was the best decision we have ever made and we are very grateful for everything he did for us.

Richard Coad handled a matter for me that was unique, complex, and 20 years old. Something that had been nagging at me for two decades. I live out of state and was in the middle of a transaction to buy a condo in Wisconsin when I realized I was making a horrible financial mistake. Some information had been withheld and some was coming in after my offer. In a panic, I called several Wisconsin real-estate attorneys to see if I could break the contract; Jason Greller was the only one to call me back. He listened and said it wouldn’t be easy as I had signed away basically all of my rights.
I hired him with little hope, but am so thankful I took that leap of faith. He was relentless in looking at every detail. He was honest and direct talking to me. Jason helped me to negotiate a mutually agreeable resolution with the seller. He was very fair in his charges; he earned every cent.
My only regret is not seeking Jason’s counsel BEFORE entering into the real estate transaction. I came to realize that not only does he have the expertise of the law concerning real estate and the knowledge of realtors in general, but using his services is a huge bonus as it takes the emotion out of the situation. He is truly working just for you.
My advice: Get a real estate attorney. It will save you money in the long run and you will undergo much less stress. You are paying him to protect you.

Jason helped us buy our first home (and sell it 10 years later), and now he just helped us buy our dream home. We had an issue with our bank dropping the ball at the very last minute, which was very (very) stressful, and throughout it all Jason was a steady hand who helped keep things in perspective and on track.
