I would highly recommend contacting Mr.Leppler, I reached out to his office after I was involved in a accident, Barbara from his office called me back immediately and then I received a call from Mr.Leppler as well right after that. I spoke with him and let me tell you I think he was the most honest and upfront attorney I ever met, I work for attorneys but in a different field of law. He even gave me advice on what to do and how to handle my situation even though he said I would not need him. Mr.Leppler then told me if I have any questions or need help I could even reach back out to him. He obviously cares about the person and situation and not about just the money. I felt such a weight lifted off of me after our conversation. Based on published reviews for Sari Kurland, I hired her for a help and paid $5,000.00 retainer in February 2024. I request a few times appointment, and she refused to meet with me. As of today no word from her, no bill and no refund. We are all stun by her dishonesty.

My mother accumulated a lot of credit card debt which I discovered upon helping her with finances and her health following a stroke. Due to her stroke, she was unaware of the gravity of this situation. Paying off her debts were increasingly becoming a huge burden to her financially as she also needed to be cared for at least 75% of the day. Upon researching and contacting local law firms handling bankruptcy cases, we discovered the Kurland Law Group. An initial contact from their office was quickly followed by an initial phone conference with one of their attorneys, to determine the type of bankruptcy my mother would qualify for. Following the phone conference, emails were sent to inform my mother and I the procedure, the contract, and paperwork requirements. While the process seemed to take a long time, as long as we provided all the information required, the Kurland Law Group was quick to do their end of the process. There was always good and clear communication. They made the bankruptcy process seamless. Attorney Hope and her assistant thoroughly briefed my mother prior to the meeting with the creditors. Because of the Kurland Law Group’s help, my mother now feels more responsible with her finances, thinking more meaningfully before spending. We highly recommend the Kurland Law Group’s services. They are a valuable asset to our community, for those who have a similar problem.

They were great from Start to finish. They sent me forms and assisted me along with way promptly when I had questions. On the day of meeting with the creditors, I couldn't get Zoom or the phone number to work. Because Hope was in the meeting as well, she got both myself and the Creditor on speaker phone to complete the process. I would recommend anybody to use this firm if you need to file with bankruptcy. I would just like to say first and foremost it was an absolute pleasure working with Mr. Mercer. I had an old case from nearly a decade ago that I was looking to get expunged. Mr. Mercer always made me feel as though my case was a priority and he handled each and every obstacle we came across head on and with outstanding professionalism and just fine attorney work. I ended up getting my conviction turned into a probation before judgement (which negates the conviction) and a few months later the probation before judgment was expunged so not only was the conviction erased its now off my record completely. I would recommend Steve Mercer to anyone facing legal issues and I wouldn’t even consider working with any other attorney. Definitely one of the best and I am profoundly happy to have used his services.

Mr. Rosenthal was a great help to my husband in a contractual dispute. He was very responsive, quick to turn things around, and very respectful of our time and finances. I definitely felt he was on our side and would go above and beyond to help us in the best possible way.

Mr. Rosenthal is truly a pursuer of the truth. He worked tirelessly on our case for over 3 years. Back and forth between him and the courts with all the documentation, he never missed a date or deadline. He always kept us updated to what was going on with the case. As well he was upfront and honest with us in that he would do his best and he felt we had a strong case. The district court ruled against us and we appealed to circuit court, which reversed, and got an excellent outcome after it was sent back to district court for trial. In my opinion it was his persistence and knowledge that brought about results.

I want to convey another positive experience with RLG. I don't know how she does it, but when Stacey answers the phone, she makes me laugh and puts me at ease. Even in what most feel are stressful circumstances, she is able to make me laugh and bring humor to my day. I wanted to highlight the excellent service and professionalism I have received from your staff - Marc Jeray. I have been in litigation on and off with my ex-husband for 10 years and I have witnessed my fair share of law firm "office" management gone awry. First off let me say if you are looking for an attorney you have found him! I’ve hired many attorneys in Maryland of the years and NOT ONE can compare to Ian Valkenet. He is honest, straight forward, and the most educated attorney in his field we’ve ever spoken to. Which was over a dozen for this particular case. Most of them even told my husband and I that there was nothing we could do that we were in the wrong. Deep down we knew that couldn’t possible be true. After speaking with Ian it was confirmed. There was something we could do. A lot actually and Ian was knocking them out like Muhammad Ali in the ring. You don’t get that a lot anymore with attorneys. They tell you things and don’t follow through . Not Ian! If he says he’s doing something it’s done. This man knew our rights and was honest with us. We have been in a lawsuit since Feb 2023. From the day we met Ian for a consultation we knew that this man was who we needed. He knew the law in every aspect you can imagine. It was incredible we were actually looking forward to seeing him in trial. For pure satisfaction of seeing the defendants faces. 😂 This man won without having a trial which saved us money but it would’ve been epic to watch him in this case. If you hire him and get to see him in that courtroom it will be pure satisfaction. Even in our case for motions to dismiss he was incredible. When he speaks you listen he makes you feel safe like you can really sit back and not stress because you know he is protecting you. Because let’s face it anything that involves going to court can be stressful. Everything he told us happened without hesitation. His phone calls were prompt always on time, didn’t send someone else from his office to court. We’ve had that happen on many occasions with other firms. He understands the importance of his clients needs and wants. Breaks everything down for you and ensures you understand step by step. We really appreciated that too. This man isn’t just in law for a paycheck he goes above and beyond for his clients. He is worth every dollar! We would hire him over and over again. Our only regret is that we didn’t find him a year sooner. The end result of our lawsuit was we won everything we asked for and then some. Ian we cannot thank you enough you will alway be on our speed dial. We will refer you over and over again because you deserve it! When I tell you there was nights I cried over this case before hiring Ian Valkenet I’m not exaggerating. My husband and I felt so helpless in this matter. After many phone calls with attorneys. We thank god we found Young & Valkenet. I don’t typically write reviews but after watching Ian represent us and our amazing outcome I just had to. For anyone feeling the way we felt this is the attorney you want on your side.

extremely rude and condescending toward potential clients, cannot provide referrals. want to provide some clarification since the owner was bothered enough to reply. was looking for a firm to help under tenants rights this firm is listed under the second search result. contacted them and was met with a supposed arrogant lawyer who was extremely rude. have found a much friendlier firm since. i dont know what services this firm can offer definetly not customer service atleast.

I contacted Thomas with no Idea what options I may have. He took the time to educate me on how I could proceed along with the pros and cons.
