We hired Mike as part of a complicated construction litigation matter. We knew that getting him involved would be our best chance to get the case settled, because Mike is not only a great construction lawyer, but also a very reasonable and practical attorney. Many lawyers are happy to run up a big bill while they "process" a case and thereby milk their clients dry. Mike isn't like that. He will work hard to reach the most practical, cost efficient result possible -- hopefully with a speedy settlement, but with litigation if necessary. I could not recommend him more highly.

My experience working with attorney Justin Call was exceptional. He is very personable. I felt comfortable working with him from the very beginning of our first meeting. I wanted to set up a Trust. Even after looking online to educate myself, I was still somewhat unclear about all that was involved. Justin was very patient and knowledgeable as he explained the various aspects that were important for me to fully understand. I was able to ask questions that he answered clearly. I grew more confident in what I needed to do for the Trust, and how it worked in general, due to his supportive demeanor.
It was a great time saver that our first 2 meetings were virtual. I appreciated his staff setting them up to fit my schedule. Reminder emails were appreciated. When I went to Justin’s office to review and sign the documents, he continued to take the time to make sure I understood everything I was signing.

Joseph Udell is a very thorough attorney. Joe helped us revise our living trust. We’ve done this three or four times over our lifetime. I thought I had a pretty good understanding of How trusts work but this time, my wife and myself and Joseph looked at every page of everything the will the trust the power of attorney’s and explained it to us and I didn’t know half as much as I thought, so we were really appreciative of this. It took a little while, but we never felt hurried or stressed because every question I had was able to be answered clearly. This is such an important part of making sure all your wishes going to be followed precisely. his support staff is also excellent Roxie spent a lot of time with me calling and getting information so that this trust could be done properly. Really nice environment highly recommend.

I’m so glad I found Eric Kessler and highly recommend him. I recently moved to Arizona from another state and needed an attorney to do a restatement of my current trust to conform to Arizona law. I wanted a professional who: is very knowledgeable about trusts, who would be responsive and communicate timely with me, who would allow me to review the draft before expecting me to sign off on the finished product (apparently this is not a common practice here, which surprised me), and who was willing to answer all my questions. Eric provided all these and more. He really listened, provided lots of good ideas, explained everything so well, and the final documents are well written and understandable. Mr. Decker represented me in a landlord/tenant case. The case was arbitrated and Mr. Decker was present yet ill prepared and ineffective in his cross examination. Prior to a judgement in my favor, I attempted to discuss my concerns with Mr. Decker and he failed to respond. He was unable to even defend himself. Over a year later he offered a reduced settlement of his fees.

He came to a consultation on settling my case. Showed up and then stepped out and said I've got to get my head together. Sat in the lobby and did other business on the phone in the lobby He charged for the complete day. I called my lawyer who was on the case. He wipes out but 30 minutes to charge and asked me how long total was he in the room. I replied 30 minutes total.

He will ignore your calls, drag his feet every single step of the way, and never call you back when you leave messages. I will never use this lawyer again and I hope nobody else has to deal with the pain of this man.
