In my opinion, Alvardo Martinez Jr. was a outstanding attorney. He was courteous, knowledgeable about the law and always kept me informed. Anytime I had a question, I could call him or email him and I always got a response back. He worked in our best interest by dealing with the prosecution and court system. He also has a great support team working in his office. They are willing to assist when he is out of the office. I could never thank Alvaro Martinez Jr enough for everything.

Alvaro was an excellant choice for our circumstance. He lead us through a very difficult point in our married life! He even helped get us the education we needed to make an informed choice. When we were dealing with the investment company who held the deed on our home, he made every effort trying to help us remain in our home. We were just unable to keep it, one of us had taken a pay cut and the other couldn't work at all. It was not our lawyer's fault, we were just unable to keep the house due to the drastic financial strain we were under. He will definately will be on our recomended by us. I hired Mr. Garza to help me with my auto accident after trying for days to get the insurance to help me. Mr. Garza was able to get the insurance to get me a rental car and pay for medical treatment. The office staff was not pushy, they explained the procedure to me, the length of time it would take. It only makes sense that I have to first stop treating before my case would be ready to settle. I was pleasantly surprised with my settlement offer and my net proceeds. Thank you Mr. Garza and staff.

July 2022 my freedom was literally at risk. I needed an attorney that would take my case quickly. The problem was, I didn't know an attorneys in Midland. Jack Ladd's name came up on a Google search for criminal attorneys. The majority of the reviews were great! However, l still was reluctant but decided to call anyway. It was around 5:18 pm when his assistant Chris answered. I knew l had contacted the right law firm when I heard Chris say " no, it's okay , l know it's 5:18". She's an invaluable asset to the firm because she understands sometimes people get into trouble. She delivers straightforward information with a none judgemental and laid-back attitude.Her active listening skills assured me Morales Law was El Lugar for me, they treat you like family. Throughout this process Jack never over promised what he could do for me. He kept it real regarding what he could not do. I greatly appreciate him for the successful outcome of my case. I emailed Mr. Gordon with questions regarding an oil tank battery that was encroaching on my property. He was very responsive and more than willing to help answer any and all questions I had. He met with me in person at no charge and it seemed like he had done quite a bit of research regarding my issue. Unfortunately, my situation wouldn't really get me anywhere legally due to a bunch of "cover your tail" paperwork in place. That being said, I would've hired him on the spot to represent me if I had a valid case. I plan to keep Mr. Gordon's contact information for anything in the future and will recommend him to anyone who asks. I cannot say enough good things about this man! You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and won't take on a case that's not worth it just to benefit financially.

I hired Cunningham because I heard he was a shark. He charged me $2500 saying it was $25/hr for a 10 hour case. He made me feel confident when we first met. He never looked at my case until the day of the trial and winged it! His office does not return calls. I wasted my money and now have to save up for a better lawyer. If he ever was a shark, those days are long gone.

Worst experience!!
Wouldn’t take my phone calls for years, very unprofessional and unpleasant.
Didn’t even tell me about court and I got arrested again on the same charge on a $30k bond.
When we met at court he told me he knew I tried to contact him twice this year.
He didn’t care about my case and accept my not guilty plea at the hearing, saying that “I am guilty.”
I’m not going to plead guilty to something I didn’t do.
Better off asking for another attorney from the start.

Very unprofessional. You’re better off representing yourself. I don’t know what his problem is. He doesn’t return calls, his “office” is a locked empty building. He’s VERY disrespectful. He kept calling me “LADY”. Like “look, lady!”, “listen here, LADY”
He never returns calls. He never called me back until I threatened to write to the judge, then I got a call back in 2 minutes. He tried to convince me that I have to plead guilty even though I’m 100% INNOCENT. Its my life, I’ll go to jail before I ever plead guilty to something I didn’t do.

Now I am going to trial in June because he didn't even get what the prosecutor was offering me either time we went in front of the judge. He had given me wrong plea deal negotiations offered.
