Our foster child was hit by a vehicle while riding his bike. The incident happened a couple years before he came into our lives. His family at the time of the accident hired Noah Domnitz. Lawsuits and negotiating settlements with insurance companies are not something I had experience with. Noah and Corinne kept us appraised throughout the journey and made sure we understood everything. A portion of this settlement dragged on for a while but Noah was determined and dogged in pursuing a palatable outcome. At the start, he gave us a number he thought this would land on and he nailed it! Upfront, honest, hard working down to earth are words that come to mind. Worst attorney ever...paid him $14,000 dollars for nothing. He took advantage of the situation we were in and literally made all these promises that he didn't fulfill. The judge found him in contempt of court at one of the hearings. I don't usually leave bad reviews but its been years since he represented me and I can't forget how bad I got screwed. Please think twice before hiring Michael Maistelman, he does a terrible job at everything. He is the Epitome of a money hungry lawyer that isn't looking out for your best interest.
