I cannot recommend Caroline and her office more highly. My spouse and I worked with her for both my green card application and my US Citizenship application (both successful!). From our first meeting with Caroline, we knew she was going to be able to help us. She answered all of our many questions and explained our options and next steps in clear, calm, and understandable terms. Throughout the (very complex and often changing) immigration application processes, Caroline and her office were diligent and responsive in helping us get all of our documentation together and helping us file our application. She also kept us updated on all the rapid-fire changes coming through the immigration system, made sure we understood how they could impact our case, and helped us make decisions about how to respond. I cannot recommend Caroline highly enough; immigration processes are incredibly complicated and stressful, and knowing that someone like Caroline is handling your case is beyond reassuring. My spouse and I have greatly enjoyed working with her, and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent immigration lawyer.

I discovered Caroline Ostrom through a Google search when seeking guidance for my complex immigration situation. Her firm, Ostrom Law, expertly handled my EB1-B petition (following a previously approved one with a different employer) and managed the subsequent (me and my wife's) I-485 petitions, including EAD and Advanced Parole applications.
During this process, I encountered several complications with maintaining my H1B status, including an RFE and a limited validity notice - matters outside the scope of my contract with Ostrom Law. Despite not being involved in my H1B process, Caroline consistently offered valuable advice whenever I sought her guidance.
While the immigration system's intricacies make absolute certainty impossible, Caroline and her team's exceptional professionalism inspired complete confidence throughout the process. Hired Sarah to represent me as I navigated the For Sale By Owner world for the first time. I sent messages out to six lawyers and Sarah was the only one that returned my call. The other five all listed themselves as real-estate lawyers, so not sure what that was all about, but I appreciated her willingness to work with me. We created wills and trusts with the help of Ms. Austin. We didn't know the process so she was immense help explaining the process, what was typical, suggested routes to take, and how to think of the cause and effect of one's actions in estate planning.
In the end, we feel happy with how things are situated if the unexpected should occur to us and working with her got us that piece of mind. Highly suggest using her for estate planning.

As the executor of my parents' estate, I hired Ms. Athanases twice to help with closing credit card and insurance accounts. Her sage advice saved us the expense of probate. Her strategy to get an annuity (about which our family was unaware) allowed us to avoid a lengthy legal process. She is extremely efficient, very cordial, and highly efficient. I am an elderly woman whose home was "purchased" unprofessionally by a local "ugly houses" organization. At the time of purchase I was hospitalized, taking a number of medications and undergoing other treatments. Mr. Redford took my case, arbitrated with the company regarding my health, their profit and the legality of the purchase and finally accompanied me to Court for lengthy "back-room" conversations between lawyers and Judge. The Judge did find in my favor. I have never held lawyers in the highest esteem. This Attorney has changed my mind.
