I was in a car accident and like an idiot didn’t go to the hospital because I thought I was fine. A couple months later I started experiencing symptoms which my chiropractor called dormant injury and said was common. I hired Becky Henning and even though I waited a couple months she was able to get the insurance company to pay for all my medical bills plus a lump sum of cash. Thanks Becky!

I recently contacted John for a commercial lease dispute that was very time sensitive as the tenant was in the process of moving out. Even though it was late afternoon/after hours, John was able to provide me with important information, and by early the next morning had reviewed my lease and provided me with specific advice on how to proceed. I was able to make a well informed decision and come to a reasonable solution with the vacating tenant.

I just called and the receptionist said they don't deal in tenant/landlord issues. Mine is extreme. One tenant has assaulted me twice, the landlord drills into my locked bedroom and steals things. He takes photos of other tenants driver license' and screenshots them, then emails them in a group chat, he's broken the no contact order for the physically violent tenant and let's her back in the home and I'm in fear. I told this receptionist to remove the tenant/landlord issues from the website. It's false advertising.

I had a misfortune of hiring Erin Lyndes to handle a divorce. It was a very bad experience indeed.I found her to be uninvolved and frankly lazy. She communicated with me only through emails. Never bothered to have a conversation. I felt left completely in the dark. Did not get a sense that she gave the least bit of care or attention to my matter. Divorce is difficult. In my perception Erin acted a clerk to fill out and file the papers. I never felt that I was represented or even listened to.

I settled a bill with Cb1, but they claimed I still owed them for another bill. I clearly explained that I was starting a new job and needed to pay a few more bills before being ready to contact them. They initially agreed, but then, without my knowledge, they, along with the William investigation firm, withdrew money from my bank account around the holiday season.

Witnessing Cassie execute a will for a deceased loved one was almost as painful as the death itself. Her lack of professionalism during the whole process makes me want to give even less than 1 star. Petty behavior, conflicts of interest and a willful ignorance of our loved one’s wishes plagued the whole affair. She would not be someone I would recommend, even to someone I didn’t like.
I didn’t really want to even write a review but after seeing all the 5 stars, I became convinced that they are either made up or loved ones. Figured it would be irresponsible if I didn’t share my experience and give an honest review.

I see some of the other reviews and it makes me scratch my head because, I’ve ALWAYS been treated with the highest level of professionalism and respect by the front office ladies. My experience is NOT only with Mr. Snodgrass, but, two of the other attorneys as well. They have fought EVERY issue I’ve had with motivational, hard working, intelligent, thought processes.
I’ve got a past that’s required represent- ation several times and I’ve ALWAYS been treated professionally and taken care of at a level I could only imagine. I feel that the fees were MORE than fair regardless of the other comments, you get what you pay for and this has been proven on a regular basis. I have NO hard feelings or resentment against this organization. Every attorney, including Mr. Snodgrass, have treated me professionally and politely, no matter the situation.
Take my advice, contact them and LISTEN to what they say, don’t take these negative comments to heart. I promise you this; you will not receive better representation for the issues you have, they’re that much better than you can imagine. You’ll sleep well!

Troy Bentson recently helped me complete a complicated real estate transaction and I couldn't be happier with the services and the outcome. Troy jumped in late on a transaction that was at risk and likely headed to litigation and he and his staff worked round the clock on not only the legal aspects of the deal, but more importantly the surrounding contextual factors (a contentious divorce, potential conflicts of interest, and a number of personality issues) to get the transaction to a quick and successful close. Very encouraging at the outset then doesn't follow through. Expensive but doesn't deliver the service, didn't follow through, the client still trying to bring closure on her own (settlement). When we meant to settle final bill with this attorney neither she or her office help could decipher the bill they presented to us. During the deposition meeting this attorney was completely out lawyered was of no help to her client. Client asked for final papers and was told by law firm to print them off herself, client never received hard copies from law office
