I got injured at my job in April 2022, after which my employer started treating me unfairly-- the employer didn't even allow me to see an actual doctor until almost a year after the injury occurred. I was misdiagnosed by their urgent care reps and by a therapist who told me I was basically faking the injury and gave me physical therapy exercises that caused me more pain.
I reached out to a number of lawyers who dismissed me, until I came across Mr. Kendall Medway. From the day I walked into his office he reassured me that he would do all that he could to help me. As far as I am aware, he did just that. Mr. Medway led me through the workers compensation process, which took nearly two years. We reached a settlement in February 2024. Attorney Julie Williamson was referred by a fellow attorney and retained by me for legal guidance in an extremely sensitive situation involving my mother diagnosed with dementia and a family at odds. The retaining of Julie's services began as protection for our mothers well being over a self indulgent son acquiring Power of Attorney and all assets.
With the sad passing of my mother shortly after Julie was retained, turned our relationship from legal guidance to legal representation in an extremely stressful court case, taking almost 3 years in total to come to a successful conclusion.
