Did not want to release my name due to my personal information being spread-- but I reassure you that if you find your self in ANY type of trouble, CALL MICHAEL WENK! I found him in February 2019 after my arrest. I was held in Hays County Jail, and thought my future was over, UNTIL I found Wenk.
He gave me a set of things to do in order for things to go smoothly in the court, FOLLOW THEM. I can gladly say that my case is getting expunged once I complete the last steps of my process. POCS is a FELONY charge incase you guys are unaware. If it was not for Michael Wenk's tenacity and knowledge of the judicial system, my future would be OVER. I was literally in tears once the judge said how much of a blessing he was as an attorney and how grateful I am for getting this off my record with NO CHARGE WHATSOEVER.
PLEASE, call MR. WENK, compared to all other attorney's his fees are SO affordable! He managed to give me the ultimate happiness within 7 months, cases like this typically take A YEAR! Mr Wenk is by far one of the best if not THE BEST Attorney/Lawyer I have ever had. He is dedicated and very very knowledgeable about the in’s and outs of the court system. He is passionate about his career and those he represents. If only all Attorney’s were like him, but unfortunately it is far and few especially ones who charge a decent reasonable price and goes above and beyond to get the best results for his clients. His goal is to avoid a conviction and jail time and will work on your case to find the best solution. He even answers emails over the weekend with any questions I may have. I was arrested for possession of marijuana. While looking for layers in the San marcos area I grew fond of wenk. Not only is he the most affordable, but he keeps it real. He also was a district autorney in hays county as well. He explains everything and keeps you updated. If you gave a question he will answer. Most importantly, anything he says he will do. He WILL do. He got both of my charges dismissed. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had William Burrell as my lawyer back in 2005. Now I'm referring a dear friend of mine that has had unfortunate medical issues, equaling a lot of financial debt. A few months ago I started my divorce journey I didn't know where to start others was charging $500-5000 just to tell me how to amend my petition I found Mrs.Early on google she told me what I needed to do free of charge because it was so simple to just write amended on the petition. Today I had to come back for help with a judgment and she gave me so much more than what I expected have a 2 hr drive home but I had to stop and give a praise break because I left her knowing she cared enough about me and case she went above and beyond to make sure I get what I'm entitled to. I paid Gloria $50 for a consult on a real estate matter I had. I figured I was going to have to sue someone and she explained that if I hired her for anything more than the consult the $50 consult fee would go towards the next thing. She listened to me and explained how the law worked in my situation, then she did some internet research while I was there. Bottom line is, she told me in detail how to handle it myself and everything worked out great! Gloria is a wonderful attorney- I will use her for everything from now on!

This review is regarding Keith McMahon an attorney at Davidek Law Firm, PLLC. A few years ago, I retired and relocated to New Braunfels to be closer to my sister, who is my only surviving immediate family member. Once here, my sister encouraged (pushed) me to "get my affairs in order". She recommended Keith McMahon to me and I'm glad she did. I have a small amount of legal experience myself consisting of a 2-year ABA approved Associate's Degree in Paralegal. I also spent a year working as a paralegal at a non-profit law firm specializing in Federal American Indian Law. In my limited experience, probate law is one of the most difficult areas of legal practice. It is detailed and a bit stressful, as it can be contentious. And frankly, I was not looking forward to the process and kept delaying Mr. McMahon (and my sister) for nearly two years. As such, I would sincerely like to thank Keith for sticking with me and making the process as easy on me as possible. You still have to sit down and decide for yourself who of your friends and family get your possessions and who will inherit your real property, but once I did all that Keith took my notes and converted them into an excellent legally binding set of probate documents. So we met today and two years after we started the process everything was signed and finalized. I thank Keith for guiding me through a process that I just really didn't even want to think about. There’s a woman, that She has held her probate up for over three years now. This woman has checked herself into behaviour therapy because she doesn’t know how to end her probate with Ms Porter. Ms porter has repeatedly done shady things, like using a point of receiver to falsely sell one of her homes, and even went as far as to falsely sign her proceeds into a trust fund. The woman is scared to death of Ms Porter and the Judge and she uses this to her advantage. I’m writing this in her behalf, because of her fear of retribution

George Carroll was involved in our recent contested custody case. His knowledge of the law and his experience in the courtroom allowed him to dominate opposing counsel. Won't return calls are the least of your worries with this attorney. LITERALLY charged 3 times what other attorneys cost and when you need to speak to him, you might receive a call days later from an assistant who doesn't know anything either. Will offer suggestions that aren't applicable. The absolute worst experience I've ever encountered with a lawyer. Nightmare. Feels somewhat like he's not your attorney but rather extension of the prosecutions office.

She was rude and her knowledge of law was very weak. I terminated her and the firm early and went to another attorney in town. There were errors in the knowledge that she shared with me. She cited wrong case law and there were errors in my paperwork.
