Did not want to release my name due to my personal information being spread-- but I reassure you that if you find your self in ANY type of trouble, CALL MICHAEL WENK! I found him in February 2019 after my arrest. I was held in Hays County Jail, and thought my future was over, UNTIL I found Wenk.
He gave me a set of things to do in order for things to go smoothly in the court, FOLLOW THEM. I can gladly say that my case is getting expunged once I complete the last steps of my process. POCS is a FELONY charge incase you guys are unaware. If it was not for Michael Wenk's tenacity and knowledge of the judicial system, my future would be OVER. I was literally in tears once the judge said how much of a blessing he was as an attorney and how grateful I am for getting this off my record with NO CHARGE WHATSOEVER.

Mr Wenk is by far one of the best if not THE BEST Attorney/Lawyer I have ever had. He is dedicated and very very knowledgeable about the in’s and outs of the court system. He is passionate about his career and those he represents. If only all Attorney’s were like him, but unfortunately it is far and few especially ones who charge a decent reasonable price and goes above and beyond to get the best results for his clients. His goal is to avoid a conviction and jail time and will work on your case to find the best solution. He even answers emails over the weekend with any questions I may have. I was arrested for possession of marijuana. While looking for layers in the San marcos area I grew fond of wenk. Not only is he the most affordable, but he keeps it real. He also was a district autorney in hays county as well. He explains everything and keeps you updated. If you gave a question he will answer. Most importantly, anything he says he will do. He WILL do. He got both of my charges dismissed. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had William Burrell as my lawyer back in 2005. Now I'm referring a dear friend of mine that has had unfortunate medical issues, equaling a lot of financial debt. Trying to pay something to all these creditors which are mainly hospitals, Dr's, and getting know where. $5.00 here 10.00 there. So I gave him Williams number hoping he can help. I'm sure he can. A few months ago I started my divorce journey I didn't know where to start others was charging $500-5000 just to tell me how to amend my petition I found Mrs.Early on google she told me what I needed to do free of charge because it was so simple to just write amended on the petition. Today I had to come back for help with a judgment and she gave me so much more than what I expected have a 2 hr drive home but I had to stop and give a praise break because I left her knowing she cared enough about me and case she went above and beyond to make sure I get what I'm entitled to. I paid Gloria $50 for a consult on a real estate matter I had. I figured I was going to have to sue someone and she explained that if I hired her for anything more than the consult the $50 consult fee would go towards the next thing. She listened to me and explained how the law worked in my situation, then she did some internet research while I was there. Bottom line is, she told me in detail how to handle it myself and everything worked out great! Gloria is a wonderful attorney- I will use her for everything from now on!

There’s a woman, that She has held her probate up for over three years now. This woman has checked herself into behaviour therapy because she doesn’t know how to end her probate with Ms Porter. Ms porter has repeatedly done shady things, like using a point of receiver to falsely sell one of her homes, and even went as far as to falsely sign her proceeds into a trust fund. The woman is scared to death of Ms Porter and the Judge and she uses this to her advantage. I’m writing this in her behalf, because of her fear of retribution

George Carroll was involved in our recent contested custody case. His knowledge of the law and his experience in the courtroom allowed him to dominate opposing counsel. Our case was extremely complex and had issues that involved both civil and criminal in multiple counties. He was able to coordinate it all and his expertise allowed the timing to all come together perfectly. He was a professional at all times, always available to give counsel and advice. Was hired to fix a printer . Drew contracts , Had those contracts signed and dated . Told Mr Linnartz That it could be weeks or months before his parts would show up due to the age of his machine . He decided to continue instead of purchasing a new machine . Two weeks into waiting for parts he requested me to send him a refund which I was Happy to do since he was not a satisfied customer . I sent over all of the paperwork to have his refund issued to him, and he refused to sign it, stating that it would look bad on him for signing the paperwork . He took me to court and had his buddy, which was one of the judges Rule in his favor . I paid Mr Linnartz $800 Points points towards the refund which he was supposed to be getting from my vendor . Told him that once I received the remaining amount that I would give him what he had left coming to him . Now he’s saying that I have not done anything at all. Nothing has happened he’s received no refund no payments no Money Not anything for me at all . If he hires you to work for him, I would suggest you run away as fast as you can

Won't return calls are the least of your worries with this attorney. LITERALLY charged 3 times what other attorneys cost and when you need to speak to him, you might receive a call days later from an assistant who doesn't know anything either. Will offer suggestions that aren't applicable. The absolute worst experience I've ever encountered with a lawyer. Nightmare. Feels somewhat like he's not your attorney but rather extension of the prosecutions office.

I hired this attorney to handle my case. I interviewed the firm and was assigned to her. No wonder she was available as she was absolutely the worst attorney I have ever hired. She was rude and her knowledge of law was very weak. I terminated her and the firm early and went to another attorney in town. There were errors in the knowledge that she shared with me. She cited wrong case law and there were errors in my paperwork.
