Chris Kennelly, is not a good lawyer, but a crooked lawyer, that pads up your bill, and goes where the best offer is, see case 40-02-c-000221 in Rolette County, I still till this day haven’t recieved a divorce decree from Chris Kennelly, nor can I recieve a judgment , just a bill for $20,000.00 for 1 motion which was a motion that helped the opposing party!!! He did however help another Rogue Lawyer !!!! CROOKED!!!

I cannot say anything but amazing things about Ofeeffe law firm. June of 2023 I had Sarah Aaberg represent me in court for a DVOP, which I later had Tasha Gahner represent me for a divorce hearing. She was absolutely amazing, and walked me through everything while the case was going on. She was responsive with any questions I had. Outstanding attorney and great guy. Mr. Powell helped me bring my custody dispute to a fair and reasonable conclusion. His legal assistant is excellent as well. He was straightforward with everything regarding my case, he knew about the people involved in the case (the judge, defendant's attorney, etc.), and was particularly knowledgeable in general about the laws governing all matters pertaining to family court. Over the last handful of years I have needed an attorney for parenting plan matters. I have spent over 10K on an attorney in Butte who always did what he told me was standard for Montana parenting plans and because things I asked for were not clearly laid out in the plans, each time I knew I would end up back in court. After parting ways with the attorney in Butte, I went to the internet to find new representation. I ended up calling the Judnich Law Office because I felt good about what came up online. The people who answered my call were kind and helpful and I was put in touch with Misty. Because of the quick timeline I was on, and Misty’s schedule at the time, Ashley Hurlbert took over my case. I was impressed by her profile on the website, our first conversations on the phone, and our in person meeting. All encounters left me feeling understood and confident with her working for the best for my son. We ended up in a hearing with a judge in Anaconda for the first time in over 4 years of parenting plan matters, which was important to me. It seemed we were up against an old boys club where attorneys and judges want you to give in and solve your own problems, but if that could be done, I wouldn’t have spent THOUSANDS fighting for my son. I found Ashley Hurlbert to be strong, intelligent, responsive, and relational. Judnich Law Office clearly has their policies and fees laid out, and I knew what to expect upfront, and each step of the way. My case ended up being resolved in the best way possible I could see when working with our judicial system. I am thankful for what Ashley did for us, and I will not hesitate to call her up again for her expertise in legal representation the next time I need to fight for what’s best for my son.

Mr. Nelson is a no-bull lawyer who has demonstrated his ability by working with me on a broad range of cases. If he didn't know the answer off the top of his head then he would work to make sure he went and found the right answer. Given that they offer free initial consultations, I recommend everyone at least has a conversation to see if they can add any value to your current situation

A better option would have been to go to the nearest Walmart, offer the door greeter $100 to come with me for an hour and stand by my side in the courtroom. NN was hardly awake when he showed up twenty minutes late and he had a mustard stain on his tie that appeared to be days old.

The case was to remove the name off property deeds from maybe 45 years ago. An oversite that had to be fixed by my parents repurchasing the acreage from the children of my grandfather’s business partner. This took years to resolve, and the stress took years off my parents’ lives. I won’t break down the issues and unprofessionalism they experienced but three years later after my parents were “successful” the name that should have been removed is still on the taxes. My parents will never use them again and they had a long history with Crowley Fleck.
