They have you fill out a form, they’ll review, if it’s something “worth their time” they’ll get back to you. They have no compassion or care for people. I lost my husband in 2017. He died intestate, and all the real property he had, was in his father’s name. I did as much research as I could on my own, but still had questions related to my rights and his “estate”. I prayed that God would send me a knowledgeable lawyer with lots of compassion and patience, given the circumstances in which I found myself. During THE most difficult time of my life, Elizabeth Richards and her assistant guided me carefully through a very complicated process. Up to that point in my life, I’d never required the assistance of a lawyer, and I honestly hope I never do again. If I do, however, I sincerely hope it’s in an area of the law in which she specializes. She (and her wonderful assistant) offered their expertise as well as a level of true kindness and compassion that I never expected to encounter. This attorney has not showed up has not communicated with the client or the family and he's been paid in full for cases that he hasn't entered as his attorney of record and has not done anything he did say. He has been a very bad example of how the attorney clie t relationship should be I do not recommend him I think he has too many irons in the fire. I think he should choose lawyer, judge, or representing oklahomans bc he is not doing anyone a great service. Less is more. Except for court dates he should show up cuz he's been paid in full. Don't hire don't hire don't hire Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Beetlejuice would be better.

Dustin came highly recommended and things started out well and I was pretty confident in how it would go. I feel like after my case wasn’t settled the first go around it was an uphill battle for me. I got passed off to the assistant attorney, who I actually prefer. If I could go back and hire her separately that would be the better option. I felt like I had to fight with them to fight for me. It also wasn’t as quick and easy as expected after our initial meeting. It was almost like they checked out on me. They also tried to settle for much higher, unfair amounts, and I had to do the legwork of proving that. I felt at times I was representing myself instead of who I paid for. I do think they have some good advice and are knowledgeable, but in the end I’m not very happy with the results and would not recommend.

At the beginning I did my research on Roe Simmons, before hiring him as my attorney and he seemed like he was very top notch. When I came to him as a client I was so nervous and scared I had no idea what I was up against. He was doing good job and got me to where I could see my daughter supervised up until I didn’t feel like he was treating me as client anymore, he didn’t really give me a chance to speak my side of things, he listened to everyone else over me, and he didn’t really keep me updated at all. Also made me feel like it was all my fault which it’s not true. I wouldn’t recommend him. He is rude, not communicative, and doesn’t give the chance to explain your side of things. I don’t feel like I was treated fairly and I wasn’t being heard as well.

My wife and I are referred to this law firm through CLC for a free consultation. We set up a time to meet with Attorney Donald Nevard and we were told we needed to return to meet with their other attorney, Jerry Sepkowitz, who specialized in our issue. Now we are being billed and harassed for this free consultation and a second consultation that we were told we needed to return for. This joke of a law firm will commit fraud, so be sure to record and get evidence of any agreement made or not made.
