Mr. Willis represented me against the father of our daughter in a custody fight. My ex had me arrested for using his debit card for buying things for our daughter after telling me to leave the house. He got temporary custody when I was arrested, but at trial Mr. Willis did an excellent job in showing what a controlling and deceitful man my ex is. Mr. Willis was well prepared and was really aggressive in the Courtroom. I now have custody of my little girl back and am grateful to Mr. Willis and the Court for the outcome.

I spoke to Mr. Huddleston today regarding a debt collection case and he provided me with great advice and guidance. He is honest, knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate. I called a few law offices before and they all went to voicemail; Mr. Huddleston answered on the 2nd ring which speaks volumes to me. Brian helped clear a cloudy title on a rental property refinance. While we were on our first phone call (the free one!), he quickly pulled up various records and recognized the problem. He gave me two options...a less expensive but less certain option and a more expensive but certain option. I decided on the less expensive option and Brian's well-worded letters and fill-in-the-blank forms expedited a favorable reply from the previous homeowner! Mr Carignan is the absolute best call you can make. To not do so might cost you not only more money and time…but you still might not get the desired effect. I was in a hopeless situation where I felt like no one cared and government wasn’t going to help, and not to mention almost a year trying on my own ( futile attempt to save money )
Once I got it in contact, which was within a day of sending a email… I was able to see light at the end of the tunnel! No one wants to spend money… but if you have to spend it, you want a good product or quality work. I assure you this gentleman is both, and at a reasonable price. Leslie works extremely hard and will take on a challenge, even when the odds of winning the case are against her. She will read and research the laws and case laws until she wins the case. If you find yourself in the regrettable circumstance of needing a family lawyer, you cannot do better than Grant Brown.

I called this firm at the referral of my personal injury lawyer. I’ve been dealing with SSA for 4 years now and have had little success. I was really hoping I could get some help from someone who knows the system well. Unfortunately, I called and spoke with their receptionist. She was very unhelpful. She was confused as to why I was calling if I already had a company handling my appeal. I explained to her that this was a mandated situation and the company handling it is who contracts with my LTD (long term disability company). She was standoffish and continued to express her perplexity as to why I would need Emily if I already have a team. I replied saying it didn’t seem like she was interested in helping people who are new to this process and don’t understand the intricacies of disability and wished her a good day. I’m very disappointed and caution anyone who is nervous or fearful of running into more blockades in their disability journey. This place showed me zero empathy or even curiosity into my situation.
