I’m very lucky to have found this law firm. I’ve had big problems for a few years with the trustee of a trust I’m a beneficiary of, and if it wasn’t for my attorneys, Trent Reinert and Erin Robak, everything could’ve gone very differently. Their integrity, expertise, and tenaciousness saved the day more than once.
They are respectful, I feel like they actually care about me and my situation, and they don’t have to do that. I’ve dealt with three different terrible trust attorneys in Omaha over the last 5 years so it is refreshing and comforting to have two excellent attorneys on my side for the last six months while the trust is being distributed and closed soon. I will keep them as my attorneys.
I highly recommend these two for any trust work or litigation you need. Trent deals with trusts and accounting, and Erin is on the litigation side. They are truly top attorneys in Omaha.
They don’t try to overcharge you, in fact, they are incredibly conscientious about doing what is right for you, even trying to get you to not litigate if it’s not going to be to your greatest advantage. The accident involved myself and our two young boys.
