My realtor advised me to contact Mr. Morey Law Firm in order to get a probate.
My aunt and uncle had two Levy County lots since the 60’s. They both passed and I inherited the lots. In order to having them under my name for future needs I needed a probate.
As soon as I contacted Mr. Morey Law Firm they guided me through every single step to get the needed probate.
The Last Will and Testament was in Spanish as we live in Puerto Rico. They took care of the translation as well. Here in Puerto Rico the Last Will and Testaments have to be processed through a certified Attorney, not just a Notary and be registered in Court immediately the document is signed and witnessed. Therefore the process is quite complicated in order to get all the required original and certified documents directly from Court.
Mr. Morey Law Firm through his wonderful Assistant, Junrey Quico took care of everything for me until completion of the process. And finally I was able to get the desired probate.
Now both Levy County lots show my name in the Titles.
Therefore, I am extremely grateful of the kindness , expertise and service rendered by Mr. Morey Law Firm.
Definitely I can recommend them.

We were served notice by our HOA in mid 2023, and needed to find representation quickly as our previous representation had retired and we did not know how to proceed on our own. From our initial reach-out to their office, they were able to lay out a fixed fee (and clearly defined what was included and what could become extra fees), get the case on the rails within 48 hours, and then carefully shepherded it through delays on the HOA's end over several months until it was resolved in early 2024. They kept me informed as status changed and when things were blocked on the other side, and were always ready to answer my questions as I needed. Wonderful experience, would hire again!

NANCY has always made me feel like I’m her ONLY client. Even though I hear her phone(s) ring during every call! I haven’t waited more than 15 minutes for a direct returned phone call from her, EVER. From the initial consultation she has always shown complete professionalism. I can tell she genuinely enjoys helping.
She’s handled every matter I’ve thrown to her extremely fast and with the utmost professionalism. I’ve also caught emails from her in the extreme early morning to the late evening to quickly handle issues. Over the past month I’ve grown to trust Nancy as family although we have yet to meet in person. She’s represented me as the title company for my recent home purchase, to review/correct all loan and contract issues, and to protect my rental security deposits rightful return.
I live in Cape Coral and was skeptical to hire an attorney so far away, but I assure you not to hesitate because of distance. Your initial consultation will show you exactly what I’m talking about. I had the privilege of working with Ms. Campiglia last summer. A group of us homeowners used a go fund me account to hire her for her legal services and it was so refreshing to speak to a lawyer who really knew her stuff. Our initial consultation was eye opening as we learned things about HOA laws and the State of Florida laws that we never knew about. Her advice was spot on and her method to get results was amazing. She is calm, but persistent. She was available almost 24 hours a day for us and didn't try to nickle and dime us with billing for quick responses or questions. It truly was refreshing working with her and if you are having any HOA questions, concerns,or problems, RUN don't walk, RUN to Ms. Campiglia. In my matter, I contacted Cooper when a new neighbor intentionally placed their fence onto my dad's property. Even after calling the police, this neighbor persisted in trespassing. Attorney Cooper and I had a thorough consult call that explore the facts, law, and strategy of the matter. A demand letter was issued, and a reasonable response was received from the owner regarding their wrongful placement of the fence. Now we our monitoring their efforts to get the fence moved back to its correct location. Great attorney -- reach out to him!

I have been fighting with HOA (Managed by one bulk owner, multi billion dollar company) for 3 years now, just to make them do the right thing, and they ignored me, filing a complaint to the state of Florida did not work.
I finally decided to spend some money and hire an attorney, I live in Gainesville 2 hours away and just spoke to David over the phone.
He studied my case and wrote such a letter to HOA that I received a phone call from them begging to negotiate, They ended up paying my legal fees plus a $5000 damages just for me to drop the case, and made promise to fix the issue for future, Out of goodness for the community I accepted the offer and we are watching them now, Otherwise David was willing to go ahead and educate them on our rights,

I hired Laura not too long ago to help me with a Domestic Violence Injunction. Laura was always by my side and was on top of the case. She was there to answer my calls right away after dialing, whether at Midnight or Early in the morning. She did the same for any E-Mails sent to us, providing us with any documents that would be needed for the outcome we wished for. Then came the day of the hearing. She was punctual and there early, and she was sharp and was able to persuade the judge to go in a manner that is greatly done. Normally, Injunctions only last for about 1 - 2 years. I couldn’t have received a better lawyer than Lewis! From the start to the end, he was very attentive. It wasn’t the case of chasing your lawyer to get things done, he got things done that I didn’t even know that needed to be done. He explained all my options and scenarios we would have during meditation and court. He was very attentive and quick to communicate with us and the courts. Mr. Seagle handled condo HOA dispute in past on fees owed by me owner. His company had property in land trust. He had never received any meeting, bylaws, notices etc. from them as the trustee.
