Nicolette handled a very difficult case, defending my wife and I against a homeowner's association. This case had dragged on for several years and through several different attorneys for both sides, before hiring her. We were facing a lien and possible foreclosure. Fortunately, Nicolette navigated us through this complex and difficult situation. We went through 3 (THREE!!) lawyers who pretended to have the knowledge and expertise necessary to help us with our situation. To be fair, it wasn't a cut and dry problem but nobody we had hired had the decency to tell us that they weren't fully prepared to fight for us. They were quick to take our money though. And then Nicolette came along. We spent 8yrs and 3 lawyers trying to solve our problem and she cam along and had it taken care of in 6 months. She didn't rip us off like the others and she actually answered her emails. We had begun to think that all lawyers sucked, but she changed that for us. She actually showed us that she cared about our case and every step of the way she kept us informed and took all of our thoughts and feelings into consideration with how the case was handled. I have only amazing things to say about her and mostly that she made us believe that there are good lawyers out there. I hate to sound like a tv commercial but if anyone I know ever needs a lawyer, she's the ONLY one I would recommend.

Kyle,
I wanted to thank you and your staff for the work you did for me in 2008 on the David Anderson Case.
Using the evidence from the civil complaint, the State Attorney's Office in Palatka filed criminal charges against Anderson, which resulted in his agreement to plead "no contest" on charges of Operating an Organized Scheme to Defraud. Anderson will receive probation provided that he pays most of the civil judgment, on which he made the first installment on paying back to me yesterday.
Two other people whom Anderson defrauded were at the sentencing, and many others are aware that Anderson pleaded "no contest" to the criminal charges. These people are grateful, as I am, that Anderson did not escape the consequences of defrauding his customers (besides myself there were eight other customers who were similarly defrauded).
Most importantly, Anderson has been prohibited from using his business to harm any other potential customers in the future.
As a result of this experience, I have learned much about the way civil and criminal law works. I respect the good work that you and others in the legal profession do every day. Our society is held together by the idea that all of will receive a fair hearing under the law, and people such as you and your staff enable that to happen.
Thank you again for the good work by yourself and your staff. I am sure many residents of our area have benefited from representation by your firm, as I have.

Seven years ago, the hospital of my medical employment colluded with a particular insurance company. They initiated a complex and worrisome legal action against me (unrelated to malpractice). After discussing the nature of my case with a few attorneys who came highly recommended by my colleagues, I did not feel satisfied to the point of selecting one.

I hired Kevin to find information relating to a suitable condominium for me to live in as my primary residence. In the course of representing me as an exclusive Buyer Agent in his capacity as a Realtor he negotiated a favorable purchase price for me. After the contract was entered into, Kevin attended the inspection which revealed a couple of minor issues but was acceptable. As an attorney, Kevin handled all aspects of the cash closing including the prompt issuance of a title insurance policy. During the closing Kevin explained everything I needed in order to qualify for Homestead Tax Exemption and even accompanied me to the Office of the Orange County Property Appraiser to timely file for the tax exemption. What impressed me the most about Kevin was his ability to be fair and honest with the Seller who he didn't even represent.

I was feeling ashamed, overwhelmed & bewildered by my credit & debt situation. Especially since I had walked away from a large salary & very successful career just a few years ago to pursue more meaningful, personally fulfilling creative endeavors. With every month I had to pay out enormous minimum payments, the guilt and doubt racked up as well, making me feel like a failure.

Investing in real estate is vastly more complicated than buying a home. We have had Laura Hope Richards close or do a courtesy review on 9 closings. We will not buy any property without her. She and her staff are ACCURATE, efficient and great with communication. They coordinate the closing and only contact us if they need action from us. They do not bury us in mindless e-mails as the process goes along. HIGHLY recommend.

I was referred to Karla by my property manager because I needed to evict a non-paying tenant. She filed all the paperwork when she said she would, kept me updated via phone call and e-mail on the case status, and made special trips to the courthouse to get important papers signed instead of going through the snail mail process.
