This is the worst experience that I’ve ever had. First they’ve had several lawyers on my case and the only way that I found out about it was if I called them, they took 3 years to get medical records that I got for them within 3 days!! They never call or email you until you have to call them and be firm about your case. I’ve never dealt with a firm that doesn’t call or reach out to you ever unless you call them first!! Now it’s been right at 4 years waiting on my case to be over and they’ve waited all these years to tell me a couple of months ago that I may not be physically getting the money anyway and when I spoke to the lawyer 5 months ago he told me that the case would be over in 1-2 months and it’s still ongoing almost 6 months later, I was also told 2 months ago that everything was finalized and approved and that it would take a couple of weeks and I still haven’t heard anything back except for “we’re still waiting “!! This is the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had, no communication on top of lies, lies, and more lies!! I would never recommend this place to anyone at all!!!

We had a bit of a rocky start due to turnover but once we were assigned to attorney Michael Sabatina our experience changed for the better. Mr. Sabatina took the time to review and explain everything to us. We felt he was truly doing everything he could to get us the best outcome possible. An evil family member of a patient reported me to the State Board of Nursing in 2022 for negligence. I was concerned as I knew I rendered the best care to the patient and their family. A short Google search revealed Brian Quinn. He got back to me quickly, interviewed me thoroughly, and instructed me how to handle contact with anyone from the state board of nursing. His reassurance gave me comfort to continue working. He advocated on my behalf, believed in me, and brought me a favorable outcome. I recommend Brian and his team for any licensure issues. My situation is still early in the process but regardless I want to say this firm is going above and beyond for me and my situation. They are the only firm out of 4 that has even agreed to look into my case. From my initial consult with Sharon to my communication with Kelly thus far, I am beyond impressed. They work behind the scenes when you think they took a break you get clarification they are still swinging for you at 7:15pm on a Tuesday night. I am honored to call them my attorneys. I highly recommend them!
Ps Out of all of the law firms I considered I was "lucky enough" to get maybe two rejection emails, other than that I never heard back from anyone I contacted..My point is, this happens, they are busy.

David Walker and his office is definitely one of the best law firms in the city. I got pulled over for tinted windows cops did an illegal search after I gave all documents and found a gun in a bag. I was given $250,000.00 bail. Emily did an immediately bail hearing and got it reduce to $50,000.00 SOB. August 1 2024 David Walker got all charges dismiss @ first preliminary hearing. They worked their butts offs yo keep me free.. I will always recommend them to anybody looking for a lawyer. Thanks to the Law Office Of David Waljer
