We are so glad we chose the Folger Law Firm to represent us. The accident was traumatic enough and we weren't looking forward to dealing with all that is involved in filing an insurance claim. Bryan made the process less stressful and less complicated than we were expecting - especially dealing with the VA and Medicare. So first off I want to give a BIG THANKS to Cindy and everyone at the firm especially Cara! The one that stood for me, she and everyone else has been great! If anyone reading this has ANY hesitation on hiring, take this review as a sign to hire! I was in a serious case with multiple felony charges, and horrible sentences I could be facing and man was I stressing! Did endless research on attorneys and looked to see what their grade was and if they had any bad doing. Amazing ratings on Cindy, even recommended by other attorneys! Everyone at the firm was so helpful and probably got annoyed by how much I called but it was for good reason haha, they are all so polite and helpful and they are so easy to reach! Felt Like having a lawyer on standby with a press of a button with how fast Cindy picks up, she even answers on the weekends personally! She worked along side Cara who was the main attorney on my case and she is AMAZING! She Really addressed all my concerns, let me know exactly what was happening with my case at all times and letting me know what she’s working on and if things went south, what she would want to do in that circumstance. I called so much, but she continued to reassure me that I’ll be alright and she’s got my back. She kept me in the loop at all times, I will 1,000 percent recommend this firm! I hired Kim after interviewing three lawyers. Kim's representation of me was well worth the money I paid. Kim's fees were also the lowest. Kim's knowledge of DUI and her ability to navigate you through are finesse. Kim helped me streamline everything including the car breathalizer, the mandated education classes, DMV proccess & my jail time. Through a couple of Kim's contingency filings I was able to do my tent city time in Apr. not extreme months like July or Dec. A few months ago my husband find a bike at work he left the bike against the dumpster and towards the end of his day noone claimed the bike. He brought the bike home posted it on craigslist. He then got in trouble for trafficing stolen property he didnt have no idea the bike was stolen. My husband was looking at 2-7 yrs in prison for his prior convction from 10 yrs ago that the state brought up in his present case. Kimberly wrote a 6 pg letter proving and stating all the facts.
