Previously, I have had a very mixed experience dealing with lawyers, and not in a good way, until I lucked into Tom Bauer. This gentleman is like the unicorn of lawyers, besides being a very intelligent individual.
Returns emails promptly? Yes! Returns phone calls? Yes! Actually truly cares about his clients? Yes! Gives amazing advice? Yes! Has reasonable fees? Yes! Always has time for you? Yes!
Coming from someone quite a bit jaded dealing with lawyers, I can't think of enough superlatives for Mr. Bauer. The best thing I can say is from what you expect of a lawyer and typically the reality being much different, Mr. Bauer has not only met my expectations but exceeded them. He truly looks out for your best interest.
I felt a comfort level speaking to him as well, because he truly cares. If I could give more than five stars I would, and I rarely give five stars period.
Thank you, Mr. Bauer, for restoring my faith in humanity (and lawyers). There are still some good people out there. A very down to earth and unpretentious individual as well.

Ron is the attorney you want. His knowledge of the law is outstanding. When I was losing hope with a previous attorney who had thankfully stepped down, Ron was appointed to me. I was losing hope until Ron explained everything to me and my entire case turned around. My desired outcome became reality. I couldn’t have done it without him. After being dissatisfied by the final plea deal procured by a public defender in a DWI case, which was essentially a cop out to the initial misdemeanor charge, I decided it was worth trying to start over with a private attorney. During my free consultation with Serino, MacKay, & Berube, I offered to leave my paperwork with the firm to look over while I made my decision. Kevin declined the papers, citing privacy considerations. None of the other five plus local attorneys I interviewed did this, and I interpreted it as a sign of discretion and professionalism, so I hired them. The first victory in the case came when Rich was able to arrange for my license to be temporarily reinstated during a DMV hearing. The final resolution to the criminal side of the case came within six months of my hiring them, and took the form of a gulity plea to a lesser violation (DWAI), as opposed to a misdemeanor, which is what I was hoping for from the outset. Hire this firm if you want likeable, well-connected attorneys who are recptive to client input advocating on your behalf.

A close friend referred me to Mr. Berurbe and picking him as my lawyer was the best decision I could've made for myself after the unfortunate turn of events. He was knowledgeable and fought for me, getting my case resolved in just ONE MONTH! Wonderful experience. Mark helped us with both our property sale and purchase. He was prompt, provided us with his cell and made sure we knew he could be contacted at all times. He even called me directly on a day where the firm was closed and he was also sick to let me know our closing was good to go, just so we didn't have to wait. Explained everything throughly and in lain man's terms, didn't feed us jargon. I supported my mother in finalizing her estate planning. She was able to receive the service as part of her retiree benefit package. Mr. Angelino was responsive, knowledgeable, respectful and accomodating to her needs as a senior person. We were both present for the signing of the documents. He spoke directly to her as she was the client, addressed her questions, and explained all details in layman's language. Glenn Bruno's office did outstanding work for my spouse, who received a speeding ticket. Not only did he effectively communicate every step he would take to ensure her case would have the best outcome possible, but he did so very courteously.
Although my spouse was a very nervous wreck considering this was the very first traffic violation she had ever received in all the years she'd been driving, Glenn Bruno's office assured her that everything would be handled in an appropriate manner so as to not impact her driving record in the long.

I recently received a rather bad speeding ticket that would have resulted in 6+ points on my license. I reached out to John Ventosa for assistance on how to proceed with the court and process. John was extremely communicative, professional, and thorough. He negotiated my speeding ticket down to an outcome which was much better than what I had anticipated (and undoubtedly better than what I would have received had I tried to go through the process on my own).
