Scott has help me out on many occasions. The one that matter the most to me was he won us a case on an unlawful detainer case. That case was a nightmare, where the tenants won't pay and wouldn't leave the property. Worst part was the tenants were someone close to me and my wife, so it was a very emotional case. Scott was well prepared, organized, and present our case to the court with confident, and we won! My wife and I couldn't thank him enough! He also gave me great advices regarding my business as well. My husband abdondedmyself and the kids after 23 years of being married. I was recommended to Mr. Pritchard by a friend he was very compassionate and gave me some advice without charging me. He spent more than an hour and half talking with me and gave me advice on what I need to look out for in order to protect myself when I am a mess on not what to do. My husband leaving was completely unexpected not just by myself but the kids. I have two older sons and a 12 year old daughter.

Charlie Simonetti is very hard-working, and dependable. He is a very honest person, and is well worth the money. Charlie always picks up his phone, or returns my calls immediately (a rarity in that profession), and is very knowledgeable in real estate matters. Charlie just seems to want to help people. Was my first case and didn’t know much about being in trouble. Long story short ask before jury selection if I could just accept the plea deal to avoid doing so much time and I was told no. Learned later that was an absolute lie and I did 2 1/2 more years than I would have😤😠

I have worked with Richard Raynor representing defendants in a number of serious federal cases. He is a dedicated, smart and hard working attorney that really cares about his clients.
He has great insight and is an extremely effective advocate. In one case his client was charged in federal court with narcotic trafficking. Richard's cross examination destroyed the credibility of the confidential informant and the jury found his client not guilty. If someone I cared about needed to be defended on a state or federal case, I would not hesitate to refer them to attorney Richard Raynor.

Mr. Bowman's office contacted me via a LegalMatch search. Initially, I was impressed by Jennifer and her assurances, and paid $400.00 for a legal letter to be sent within a few days due to time-sensitivity. I requested specific information from him via email and phone messages, requested that he look over previous correspondence to understand the case, and never heard back. A week later I finally received a rough draft on a Friday, meaning that even if I approved it, it would be going out 11 days after retaining him, far too late already. The letter seemed to be a form letter with a few personal details thrown in, including details I requested he NOT include. I immediately wrote back about how ineffectual the letter was and suggested we part ways. I heard nothing back from him. To this day, I still have never spoken to Mr. Bowman. After a few more emails, phone calls, and phone messages requesting a refund, today I was told point-blank that I would not receive one because they wrote a letter - a completely ineffectual letter that still has not been sent two weeks later. Jennifer made excuses about Mr. Bowman being in a jury trial. Don't take a time sensitive case if you cannot meet the deadline, and don't hold on to money when you don't earn it, Mr. Bowman. I have reported Mr. Bowman to LegalMatch and opened a dispute with my credit card company.

5 stars is not enough to begin to describe the feeling that Stanley Bowman made my wife, and I feel. If you have ever had an important court date coming up, and you had been looking for an attorney, you know what feeling i'm talking about. Especially if your married, and your slumlord landlord all of a sudden had their agent file a restraining order against your wife, its's not a pleasant feeling, AT ALL!. My wife and I finally found Stanley about 1 week before my wife's restraining order court date. Stanley not only completely prevailed in court, but he was able to bring my wife some peace before the day in court. I love my wife, but she doesn't always handle stressful situations very calmly. Just last night she could barely make it through, "The Walking Dead" episode, so you can imagine how it must of been leading up to her day in court. Stanley went into the courtroom, and completely made our landlords agent look like a complete fool, and the judge didn't buy any of his lies. Stanley practices multiple areas of law, he is currently working on a Unlawful Detainer, Personal Injury, and another Temporary Restraining Order for us. His rates are the fairest out of every other attorney that my wife, and I spoke with. Not to sound lame but, “STAN IS THE MAN”

Ok, so I only decided years later to write this review because I was looking for a Real Estate attorney in the South Bay and Bill Clark in Redondo Beach came up.
PLEASE TAKE HEED TO MY WARNING DO NOT USE THIS AGENT FOR CONSTRUCTION. He absolutely does not know anything about construction law.
We had to take our contractor back in 2005 to court for abandoning our construction, stealing, he had specific city engineers working with him to break certain city regulations that were in place through the city of Redondo Beach.
The contractor had a Vice President of the bank who financed our construction project she financed the project without the contractor having to sign the contact.
All the research and investigation that was done myself personally and proof we had so that Bill Clark can without a doubt open and shut our case. Instead an attorney who was a seasoned attorney in knowing contact law made Bill Clark look like an attorney that just graduated the bar exam.
I am not saying this to be hateful this is the truth. He is not a lawyer who is about watching the clients money but is about unending lunch meetings with the opposing attorney. In addition to trying cases where he feels just because he has a title attorney he can specialize in all areas of law.
We should of went with Mr. Burton in Hermosa Beach just the first consultation with Mr. Burton, I remember him pointing out certain construction law facts.
Don't get me started on Mr. Clarks so called forensic expert chasing down a rabbit hole on something that was not there and and Mr. Clark not stopping him and sticking to the facts of the hard evidence in the case. Unless he changed his field as an attorney he used to specialize in Real Estate law. Either way after all these years I would never recommend him.

William Foster Clark represented our HOA association in fighting a building-defect lawsuit with the builder. He led us in a path that he can make huge living from us but yielding very disappointing result. At the end we have paid him more than $400,000. We only received a settlement of $850,000 not the $2 million that he made us believing at the first place. After we take a deep look into the case, this whole thing can be done within ~$100,000 if he led us in a reasonable way as ointed out by our legal consultant. We stop using him. We wrote our own statement of the work and repair contract. This way we kept him from leading us to a wrong direction again.
