I wish I found this law firm before I used the one that I did. Mr Lefefvre reviewed my case afterwards and not only gave me all the time it would take to explain the pain staking review of my prior case, but only 10 minutes into the conversation I knew he and his firm is whom I wish I had. I had 2 attorneys basically working on my case and the details and errors, Mr Lefebvre pointed out to me that my attorneys missed or never thought of was disheartening. Mr Lefebvres knowledge and ability to explain things to you piece by piece, helps you understand the entire process. You feel COMFORTABLE instantly and that alone helps with the process. I wish I found him first!

Travis has been such a great attorney. I’m not from Rhode Island originally and got myself into a tough situation with a landlord who charged me two months rent for a deposit, and then refused to return any of it 3 years later when I moved and left his home spotless (with proof). My landlord is highly connected and I have been nervous to pursue him, but Travis showed me that I have the law on my side. He was willing to work with my financial situation, eased my fears of losing, and gave me the courage to try. I think as a single mom of two, new to RI and it’s laws, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

Wow! Amazing that So many people had such great experiences with this law firm. For our family it was very difficult to get a hold of someone, let alone a lawyer. We did not receive what we thought we would for our circumstances and the law firm made out much better than our family in the end. It was extremely uncomfortable and unfortunate for our family. We had to continue to check in. We did not hear from the law firm without checking in first.

My wife and I recently employed the Moonan/Stratton law firm to advise us on getting our affairs in order as an older couple and to prepare an estate plan. Kristen Moonan worked with us to ensure we provided all the necessary financial and other information needed. She then provided us with a plan involving wills and beneficiaries and healthcare provisions. She offered advice on making sure our retirement accounts and other financial accounts were updated.

I was sent a non-renewal letter regarding the lease at my residence of nearly 4 years. My partner and I are in the midst of looking to buy a house, and I will be undergoing a medical procedure in January. Our lease was to be terminated Dec. 31. This presented us with an overwhelming sense of worry and stress, as several factors including the holidays, moving in winter weather, and having to relocate weeks before a surgery hung over our heads. Mr. Riley was reassuring, understanding, and swiftly came up with a solution to our problem.
We now have a 5 month lease extension thanks to Mr. Riley's diligent efforts.
I feel extremely lucky to have Mr. Riley as our voice in such matters, and we will certainly continue to work with him as our search for a permanent residence continues.
