Good day. Approx. 3 years ago me and my service dog were attacked by 2 pitbulls that were loose. My dog was almost killed and I sustained serious injuries that kept me incapacitated for months.
The dog's owner had no home owner's insurance and he would not cooperate. D'Oliveira and associates refused to take the case because there was no insurance. Attorney Morse took my case out of kindness and he did a fantastic job. He didn't have to take my case and I am eternally grateful for his help and insight. He is a class act and deserves any accolades sent his way.

Terrific lawyer with a great staff! Most recently we've used Attorney Soloveitzik and his staff to close my father's estate; but our family has used him for other legal matters in the past including for wills, setting up a trust, business dealings, etc.
He's a very experienced knowledgeable lawyer and he and his assistants are super accomodating and helpful.
He really listens and answers all of our questions in as much detail as we need. We never feel rushed - yet his fees are reasonable!
His office makes dealing with legal matters pretty hassle-free, thankfully.

I was sent a non-renewal letter regarding the lease at my residence of nearly 4 years. My partner and I are in the midst of looking to buy a house, and I will be undergoing a medical procedure in January. Our lease was to be terminated Dec. 31. This presented us with an overwhelming sense of worry and stress, as several factors including the holidays, moving in winter weather, and having to relocate weeks before a surgery hung over our heads.
