I have worked with Mr. Murphy on quite a few occasions, and he has always maintained a professional but still personable relationship with my family and I. He always communicates any and all information that we need pertaining to the cases and is so helpful with answering questions. Always available to talk to you either by phone, email or in person and his response time is impeccable. When he was helping my family in a situation involving the public school system where we live, regarding an injury that happened during an athletic event, we were actually surprised with how quickly he wrapped it up for us. His efficiency as well as success rate make him very easy to recommend.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Brooks as he was our attorney on a few cases thus far. Always the professional, Brooks digs into the details, figures all the angles and anticipates all the moves going forward. Like watching a Chess master working his craft. Brooks has participated in large and small cases for us, always with the same fire and passion. Recently he worked a case for us, he was basically by himself with research and prep as his aides were unavailable. I got the pleasure of getting linked up with their criminal attorney Alec Waid. This was a DUI case that I thought would end up becoming a full DUI charge. Attorney Waid was very informative and helpful. He makes it priority to keep you up to date on your case and was always available during the week for questions/concerns. There was never a time where he didn’t return a call or answer my question. He went above and beyond so much that he was able to get the defense attorneys to drop my case to a reckless charge and my other associated charges were dropped completely. Although I know he is also a great trial attorney, we were fortunate enough to not have to take it that far. Understandably every case is different, however, I would trust my life in the hands of attorney Waid in the future if ever needed. Whoever is reading this, if you are on the fence of which attorney to go with, I highly recommend this firm and specially attorney Alec Waid.

We were able to come to resolutions probably faster than some others in my situation, because of Rohom's ability to work well and sensibly with all parties (it certainly helped that all parties were genuinely interested in reaching a resolution).
He and April are responsive and their availability matches the urgency. That my situation wasn't urgent at all and we still managed to get things resolved in a short period of time is a blessing.

Donnie was more than an exceptional lawyer practicing at the top of his profession. He consistently went above and beyond in all aspects of handling my case. He personally kept me informed of how my case was evolving. Always calling me himself with updates often on the weekend. Donnie was always reachable by cell for any advisement or questions that I had.
Without a doubt Donnie was a blessing. He represented a family member a decade ago and got his case dismissed, so when I needed to retain an attorney my parents knew just who to call. My mom has been nagging my sister and I to help her create a living will for years now. She was just diagnosed with lung cancer in September and really urged us to help her set up a will. We tried using an online will template our mom bought a code for years ago. My sis and I are both college graduates. My sister has a finance and accounting degree while I have a degree in biology, and since legal terminology in wills needs to be laid out in a very specific manner to be valid and convey meaning to the courts, our confusion on how to fill out the template wasn't working. So, we began researching estate planning attorneys, and I happened across Singleton Law on Google Maps. After reading Amanda Singleton's story on the Singleton Law website, I figured since she went through a similar situation with her mom that she'd be extremely knowledgeable and sympathetic. She was exactly that!
Amanda made everything so easy and straight forward from our initial contact on the phone, scheduling a consultation, to the first consultation, and follow-up meeting. My mom was going through radiation at the time (currently going strong through 4 chemo treatments), and Amanda was kind enough to squeeze my Mom in a different day when a biopsy threw off our planned meeting time. Amanda provided my Mom, sister, and I with so many helpful resources for the tough times through cancer treatment and caregiving, and she created a will to my Mom's liking that will hold up in court and make the probate process easy should the time arise. God willing that day is a long way off.
Taking care of my Mom and setting up/going to all of her medical appointments has been a full time job, leaving us exhausted. So, Amanda having made the estate planning process a breeze was a godsend. I can't say enough great things about Singleton Law and Amanda's expertise. I would absolutely recommend them if you need help with estate planning.

Melissa Williams was efficient and extremely helpful in resolving my issue with a tenant who had become further and further behind on his rent. Unfortunately after many attempts to negotiate with the tenant by myself, I could not give anymore time and it was time to evict. I am extremely thankful for Melissa guiding me through the process seamlessly with no bumps in the road along the way and in the end my losses from the tenant were minimal.
