My husband and I purchased a home in Gloucester while living in London and Ken handled all of the details for us along with our realtor. We have purchased many properties over the years with other lawyers and have not had the same experience that we had with Ken. Ken did an outstanding job throughly understanding our transaction and provided us council on the risk and opportunities with the transaction prior to finalizing. We felt that Ken took the time to understand our needs as clients and distance in our location made no difference to him. He was pleasant( not stuffy or pompous like most attorneys) promptly returned phone calls (even after hours & weekend) and as a first time home buyer eased our mind the entire process. He worked well with both our agent & lender like they were a seamless team. He saved our deal & made sure we didn't get taken advantage of from our landlord as we were purchasing our new home. I have been dealing with Mr. Muzio for almost 3 years. He has me stuck between a rock and a hard place. His bills are not itemized with times so they are hard to follow. He has billed for a meeting that I had not approved and also for every little e-mail. He does not return phone calls and I do not always receive the appropriate documents. This is not an easy office to deal with or one that you want to get involved with. Overall, not a good experience.

I hired her for really easy case but she lost it. She stood in front of the judge with poor case study, poor negotiation skills, and no argument skills. The judge was surprised that she didn't make a look on my affidavit in advance. She wasn't prepared at all and cost me a lot.

Mr. Drucas told me that he would handle the closing on our home for $600 and said the cost shouldn't exceed that unless something unusual happened. When I received the closing documents, I saw that Mr. Drucas took several thousand dollars out at closing using his Power or Attorney. I called and he said he had to negotiate some items, but i was never notified of the negotiations or the increased charges, but had to find them on my own on the closing documents. The man is a crook. He knew we were moving out of state and took advantage of us. I filed a complaint with the bar but of course it was his story against mine. Hire him at your own risk.
