Darwin is an excellent attorney! I worked with Darwin almost 5 years as the company I work for uses his firm. Darwin always seemed to put his client's needs as his top priority and always with honesty and integrity, even when it didn't work in our favor, which hard to find these days. He never seemed motivated by money, but motivated by was is right, legal and ethical. I will definitely recommend him and will employ his services in the future if the need ever arises. He helped our firm with creditors rights, creditor bankruptcy, business and commercial law and construction law and liens. Best of all, he is down to earth and makes sure you understand by using explanations easy to understand instead of just legalese. He is very professional and a super nice guy too!

Darwin is an excellent attorney! From my initial and follow-up consultations, I got the sense that he is an attorney that puts his client's needs as his utmost top priority which can be hard to find these days. There are attorneys out there whose strong motivation for dollars leads them to provide advice that is not always in the client's best interest. I will definitely recommend him and will employ his services in the future if the need ever arises.
Even though my questions were related to real estate for which he is an expert, he also has other areas of specialty, some of which are: creditors rights, creditor bankruptcy, construction law, business and commercial law.

James Dunkelberger was my litigator on a suit I filed against an errant Uncle who was trustee of my Grandpa's estate. Said Uncle ran to the "No. 1" law firm in the state to defend our suit. When that "didn't work" Uncle ran to the "No. 2" law firm in the State. Hilarity ensued!
It was a 15 month fight into which both James and I each put a lot of time but in the end the beneficiaries on my side got 87% of what their full inheritance would have been and that's a lot better than some on Errant Uncle's side ended up with.
My brief take away is that I would never hire one of those "Big Firms." What you need is a good facts and a great lawyer who is honest, smart, clever and professional (did I say smart?).
It was a long slog but we had good facts and James is a great lawyer and all of those things above. He was instrumental to our favorable outcome.
