I was looking for a Family Law Attorney to help me with enforcing my Divorce Decree and during my search this was the only law firm during intake that took the time to look at my case file and find my ex had filed a request for order to try and take custody away from me. I was very lost and had no idea where to go or find the necessary help. Mr Farzad was very responsive immediately, he offered me help and explained my possibilities when unfortunately I was full of fear and also did not know my rights in marriage and in the country, since I am also an immigrant and English is not my first language. We had a problem collecting money from one of our customers. We were nervous about getting a lawyer involved as we had never used one before and wasn't sure of the costs.
After Dimitry sent a firm letter, followed by a law suit, the customer called and paid as soon as it was filed. Dimitry gave excellent advise, was patient with us and took his time to explain or options. The process was swift and the costs were minimal.

I wish my experience with Janet had been as good as everyone else posting here. Unfortunately, it was not. While she was fairly knowledgeable about my legal matter, she became quite irate when I requested an itemized invoice to submit to the court, and she wrote several emails chastising me for asking. I was very upset by her emails and asked her to stop sending them. Even though my case has been settled, Janet has persisted in sending me emails soliciting donations for various charities she is involved with even though I have asked her to stop. I will be calling the local bar association on Monday to see if they can assist me in stopping these unwanted emails.

I was reffered to her by my friend, and I had very complex case and you do not want to know how much I was sued. In my head I was getting ready for bankruptcy until I met her. She look at my case and wrote very small amount on the paper and said to me, are you comfortable with this amount? I said yes and guess what after the stellement I am paying that small amount. And my settlement is the best one in this class action sued case. She did a great job and saved me from bankruptcy and meanwhile she saved me alot of money. I highly recommand her.

We are a very small business that doesn't make a whole lot of money, a large competitor decided to infiltrate our company, steal trade secrets, slander us online and file a frivolous suit against us. We hired an attorney that did a lot of damage to our case and ran our bill up to around $40,000. 90% of it for unnecessary research and communications (mainly with us over billing). We ran asap and were lucky enough to find Ms. Kazemi. She repaired the serious mistakes in our case unbelievably fast when time was running out, and has been extremely fair and understanding regarding cost. We could not ask for a better attorney. She saved us from going completely out of business and has fought hard for us, negotiated well, always communicated with us to tell us what's gone on and really listened to us when we had questions or explanations about anything. I recommend her to anybody that wants a real, honest, hard working attorney that knows how to fight for what is right. They are so hard to find and we are very lucky to have her as our counsel.

Mr. Singer was an appointed lawyer for my son, a mentally ill prison inmate. He pulled out all stops to help my son get transferred to a prison closer to me and my wife so that we can visit him more. Mr. Singer is now a judge and he still returns my calls, though he is no longer able to represent our son. I pray for my son's early release so that he can receive better mental treatment than that available through the corrections system.

Mr SInger helped me resolve a battle I was having for many years with my neighbor. This was a real estate issue where my trees had grown and were encroaching on the neighbor's side and dropping stuff into their pool. We went to mediation and Singer worked out a good settlement for me and the trees were allowed to stay ant not be cut down!

My wife and I have been working with her oldest brother (85 yrs old) to help him with a Will and a Living Trust. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. The more we worked the more complicated and confusing this procedure became, OMG were we Stumped. This year we decided we needed professional help. So, what do you do when your 2000 miles away and don't really know anybody in a big city like San Diego, GOOGLE IT! That's exactly what we did and came up with a bunch of names of attorneys that claim to be the best anywhere. We started making calls to see who we liked the best and would be able to take care of our issues. We left voice mails and asked to have someone contact us to set up a meeting. We encountered a few who were vague and after listening to what we needed really didn’t seem too interested. Then Jason, called us and we were so happy with his attitude and wiliness to complete the needed documents on a very short notice. Everyone in that firm seemed to want to help us get everything right, signed, and registered they even worked through the weekend. The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure.
