I had a phone conversation with Daniel Bornstein this morning. I found Daniel personable, knowledgeable and he helped with solutions to my tenant issues. I would highly recommend his law office! I will use him in the future or refer him to friends and family.

In order to speak with Daniel, we had to pay in advance $200 for 30 minutes. The meeting only lasted for 15 minutes. He didn't offer much advises and he was in a hurry. I followed up with several emails to proceed, but he never responded. What a waste of time and $200.

I had won a small claims dispute and then the woman counter sued with some crazy made up claim because she was not happy she lost. It was a nightmare. I knew I needed an attorney at that point ... Knowing the woman was insane beyond belief. I needed a strong attorney. Thank God I found Joe. I first met Joe Bravo through my daughter, who had nothing but praise to share. He helped her in an emergency situation when her health was at stake. My situation was a personal injury which occurred in a "big box store." I was referred to Attorney Chinchilla when a former attorney let me know, after a year of handling my case, that the matter was out of his league. Hector quickly assessed the situation, got a handle on where the pitfalls were, and where the greatest potential exposure to all was. Hector J. Chinchilla did a wonderful job in getting my green card in only 8 months from the first day I had my consultation with him. Throughout the whole process I was always advice and informed of each stage of my case and with excellent suggestions and instructions on how to to follow up my responsibilities to provide appropriate documentation. Also I was directed to accomplish specific tasks such medical examination, biometrics and he was very good in preparing us for our interview with the immigration officer. So after 4 months of thinking my case involving a infestation of mice & rats(caught 15)was being worked on, I found out that my case was terminated almost immediately after accepting my case because I answered no to one of the criminal background questions that mentioned having any recent criminal activities etc which is true, over 6 years plus is not recent so I guess they don’t trust to represent us because of that I feel it’s discrimination because what does having a criminal record have to do with us needing the help?! It shouldn’t have even taking me reaching out to find this out. Very unprofessional for a law firm & they don’t have your best interest obviously.. like how you can’t sympathize with a family that obviously needs representation & justice from & very inhabitable situation if that’s your job?!

David Zalob is very professional and knowledgeable in his field.
After speaking with him, he was able to understand the exact issue I was having and how it could be resolved. He laid out all the relevant laws, the pros and cons, and discussed what actions would be taken based on the existing laws.
David also works very fast. Just after one day of contacting him and sending the required documentation, he has started and sent out legal documentation.
He knows what results his clients want and works very hard for them. He was very helpful and I would strongly recommend his legal services.
