I was actually the opposing party on a potential case up against Ms. Ghantous, an unfortunate position to be in. From the get go, it was clear Ms. Ghantous was a talented attorney, knowledgable and aggressive. Fortunately, Ms. Ghantous presented a solution that was mutually beneficial and agreed upon by all parties, allowing me to avoid a predictable defeat against Ms. Ghantous. Recently Attorney James Stein did my Estate Planning Portfolio for me. I have had a wonderful experience working with Mr. Stein. He is very knowledgeable — experienced and detailed -- very kind and nice to his clients. I learned much about Trust and Estate Planning during the process with James. During the development of the estate planning document, we met with James on zoom meetings to make sure that the estate planning portfolio fully satisfied my needs. Throughout the entire process, James was always prompt in responding to our questions. After finalizing my Estate Plan, he gave me the document in both flash drive and paper versions with very detailed instructions on how to transfer the various funds into my Trust account. He will also follow up in a few years to see if my situation has any changes. I would highly recommend James Stein to anyone who wishes to develop an estate planning portfolio.

Jonathan Black defended me on a Breach of Contract lawsuit and I prevailed. The plaintiff in this case was extremley problematic, he filed every possible motion rather it was relevant or not. Mr. Black knocked down each one as it came. Mr. Black went above and beyond for me. When you hire Mr. Black you are hiring a team of people you can rely on.

I had a tenant who caused significant damage to my property and Jonathan helped me recover money from both the tenant and my insurance company. Who knew you needed a lawyer to get your insurance company to pay for covered damages?!! He was both professional and interested. I initially used Johnathan for my property evictions and over the years as my business has grown so has Johnathan's representation of me. He has insured that all my contracts were set-up to protect my best interests. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate law. I reached out to Seth and asked him to review the agreement that my employer wanted me to sign. Seth was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He returned my call within few minutes and clearly explained what he needs from me for his advice/consultation. Later the same day he reviewed the agreement I sent him, made some suggestions and sent the agreement back to me. Seth also called me in the evening, to make sure I understood his recommendations and to answer any questions I had. Overall his consultation was very professional and helpful in my situation.

Lisa is amazing. Our case took 3 years and she was with me through it all. She is honest, patient and very knowledgeable. The brief she created for my case was complete and with case citing's that made the other side panic and settle. This was a case that the other side was difficult, unreasonable and Lisa was able to maneuver through all the stones they threw at us, take the lien off my house and settle the case. She is very diligent and honest. She answers your emails and phone calls promptly. I cannot thank her enough and I recommend her highly.

I called Peter and refreshingly he was honest with me and told me my situation didn’t even require a lawyer and I could just pay the ticket. Other lawyers tried to charge me thousands for a $100 ticket and said it would follow me around for the rest of my life if I didn’t use their service and fight it.
