I was actually the opposing party on a potential case up against Ms. Ghantous, an unfortunate position to be in. From the get go, it was clear Ms. Ghantous was a talented attorney, knowledgable and aggressive. Fortunately, Ms. Ghantous presented a solution that was mutually beneficial and agreed upon by all parties, allowing me to avoid a predictable defeat against Ms. Ghantous. This was several years back and to this day, I still call upon and recommend Ms. Ghantous to/for any matter relevant to her practice area of emphasis. I highly recommend Ms. Ghantous as she is without a doubt highly skilled, productive and effective.

Jonathan Black defended me on a Breach of Contract lawsuit and I prevailed. The plaintiff in this case was extremley problematic, he filed every possible motion rather it was relevant or not. Mr. Black knocked down each one as it came. Mr. Black went above and beyond for me. When you hire Mr. Black you are hiring a team of people you can rely on.

I had a tenant who caused significant damage to my property and Jonathan helped me recover money from both the tenant and my insurance company. Who knew you needed a lawyer to get your insurance company to pay for covered damages?!! He was both professional and interested. Johnathan has provided invaluable service to me over the years as my attorney and I have recommended him on multiple occasions to my peers and acquaintances. I initially used Johnathan for my property evictions and over the years as my business has grown so has Johnathan's representation of me. He has insured that all my contracts were set-up to protect my best interests. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate law. In the past I have used other attorneys that wasted my time and was not fair in their billing practice. Not Johnathan! I have always felt that he does not waste any time, was very fair in his billing, and most importantly, he got things done.

I reached out to Seth and asked him to review the agreement that my employer wanted me to sign. Seth was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He returned my call within few minutes and clearly explained what he needs from me for his advice/consultation. Later the same day he reviewed the agreement I sent him, made some suggestions and sent the agreement back to me. Seth also called me in the evening, to make sure I understood his recommendations and to answer any questions I had. Overall his consultation was very professional and helpful in my situation.

Lisa is amazing. Our case took 3 years and she was with me through it all. She is honest, patient and very knowledgeable. The brief she created for my case was complete and with case citing's that made the other side panic and settle. This was a case that the other side was difficult, unreasonable and Lisa was able to maneuver through all the stones they threw at us, take the lien off my house and settle the case. She is very diligent and honest. She answers your emails and phone calls promptly. I cannot thank her enough and I recommend her highly.
