Wail and his staff are unlike any other! From the moment I requested an appointment, Desire was very kind, understanding and with great customer service. I was provided with an appointment the following day ( Thursday ) didn’t expect to be seen or to be helped since my court date was Monday. I had been dealing with a Domestic Violence case that was overlooked by Orange County court house in January. Not only did Wail reopen my case, but also helped me with child custody. Wail and his staff ( Jennifer, Marlene and Alex) are very knowledgeable, professional, and detailed. They were all very clear about the process and always answered any questions I had. I first met Maryam in 2013 while she worked diligently on a criminal case for my husband. She had truly been a Godsend to my family. Maryam went above and beyond to thoroughly represent my husband, she went as far as to obtain her notary license so that she could notarized an important document while my husband was incarcerated at MDC, LA. I could call on her and Maryam would be available. It gave me great peace of mind knowing that she was an attorney that actually cared about her clients. Maryam was honest with me and did not sugar-coat the severity of my husbands case. I felt safe and connected to her for her honesty. Tragically, my husband passed away in custody. I had not spoken to Maryam in well over a year (we ended up going with a public defender). I received a very heartfelt text from Maryam giving me her condolences and telling me how much she knew I loved my husband.
A year and half later in 2016, I hired her to represent my minor daughter for a DUI. Again, I cannot tell how much she went above and beyond to represent thoroughly for my family. She works hard, she's honest and she has a heart that truly wants to help her clients and represent them in the best possible way. Maryam took the time to sit and meet with my daughter and offered her ear and help even beyond the court room. My daughter received probation and Maryam did her homework and was able to save me thousands ($25+K) of dollars in a falsified restitution claim. I could never thank Maryam enough for all that she has done for me and my family. My daughter is now off of probation thanks for Maryam. She is on a much better path and is expecting.
I will say that I did not trust attorneys before. Maryam is an attorney that I literally trust with my life. She took the utmost care of my late husband and my daughter. She is very dear to my heart and I love her!

I had found Maryam Sharifi through a common aquantance and I will say I was very lucky to have been able to find a way to her. I had received a DUI charge that was pending as a felony and she did everything she could to save me jail time and bring it down to a misdemeanor. She had spoken with me dad and many occasions and went out of her way to keep him informed as well and she really got to know us had a genuine concern for my well being. She found a traffic school for me and made sure I kept up with any and all court assigned classes to make sure I got out of this okay. For a very long time I had a huge worry of going to jail and having to drop out of school and all that come with that; and Maryam has helped physically as well as mentally with all of that and I couldn't thank her enough. I highly recommend Maryam Sharifi if you have any kind of issues like I did.

I engaged Jeannette as my attorney after getting a judgement against me in small claims court, and realizing that I needed a lawyer to help me identify the correct legal approach to take, and to help me present my case in a succinct and well prepared manner.
Jeannette, was a tremendous help. She identified the legal points that were irrelevant, and those that were key to winning my case.
She took the facts of my case, email copies, and other supporting material that I sent her, and organized them into the order in which they should be reviewed in court in front of the judge.
Jeanette provided a fixed rate contract for the case, and divided her support for the case into preparation, and in-court support, and gave me the option to either get her legal advice and assistance in the preparation only, or to also have her help me present my case in court. Her approach was fair and flexible.
After getting Jeannette's help with the preparation, I decided that I needed her guiding hand in court. Jeannette's role in court was that she asked me questions, based on the material and legal strategy which she had assembled, which I answered in front of the judge, and she passed the judge the supporting material as exhibits.
As a result of Jeannette's legal advice and in-court legal representation, the outcome of the case was that the court not only overturned the judgement that the small claims court had made against me, but the court also ruled in favor of my case that the defendant should pay me back the payments that I had previously made to the defendant, due to his contract breach. The court also awarded me court costs and attorneys fees.
I strongly recommend Jeannette Darrow for anyone engaged in a small claims case, and she clearly has the experience and legal knowledge to support clients in other civil cases.

Mr. Nabi is an attorney that operates with integrity, compassion, and diligence. My husband and I retained another lawyer who we later found out was involved in accusations of fraud and was suspended. Mr. Nabi took our case as a collegial favor to the first lawyer, and did not charge us for his service. We were suspiciously cautious, but the only other choice we had was to shell out another $2500.00! After we began to work with Mr. Nabi, it became obvious that he was truly committed to helping us resolve our bankruptcy issue. He discovered an error in the calculation of our actual eligibility for a bankruptcy and began to help us understand why we would have to wait to file. He helped us figure out where to complete the online classes that are required, and prepared us for the next steps in the process. Once all the paperwork was re-typed and submitted, Mr. Nabi communicated with us regularly and attended the meeting of creditors with us. Ultimately, as he had assured us, we were able to get the debts discharged and start fresh. Almost a year after the bankruptcy, I received a notice from a creditor that claimed I was party to a debt with my daughter. I contacted Mr. Nabi and he handled the situation by contacting the creditor. Within two days, my name was removed and I received a release from the creditor acknowledging their error, even though I had tried to tell them that! My daughter’s case had been filed over a year before we met him by another attorney, yet Mr. Nabi was graciously willing to answer my questions about what she could do two years after discharge. He offered some suggestions and she has moved forward as well. Mr. Nabi has my highest recommendation as a bankruptcy attorney. He will certainly go the distance to help you through this difficult time in your life journey.

I had an issue with my Landlord over a pipe burst in my apartment while I was away for work. They didn't clean it correctly and my belonging sat in water for a week causing damage to prized possessions. The problem persisted and mold spread. Thanks to Gerald I was compensated for my damaged items, as well as relocated while they properly fixed the pipes and mold situation.
