Great experience. I have had two experiences working with Dustin, both were very good experiences. One was dealing with probating a will for a relative, which was a sad time but necessary obligation to "make happen". Dustin made this as painless as humanly possible.
The second experience was to get my own affairs in order with a current will, POAS,,and Living Will. Again,
Dustin's patience working with me, a client that is difficult to stay in contact with, was above and beyond lawyer's usual efforts. He put my affairs in order with a professional and knowledgeable skill that was certainly needed and appreciated.

Mr. Kellar assisted me with updating my LLC. He answered all my questions, prepared the legal documents in a timely manner and communicated with me during all aspects of the update.

I hired Mr. Brandt to handle a civil matter and it couldn't have gone any better! After giving Mr. Brandt all the facts he was able to convince the opposing counsel and opposing party that the claims against my company were meritless and that if they chose to proceed with the lawsuit we would be seeking damages and all fees regarding the lawsuit. After about 60 days of hiring Mr. Brandt and his subsequent contact with the opposing counsel we received word that the opposing party was dismissing their lawsuit against my company!
The best result to any lawsuit is to stay out of court and Mr. Brandt's ability to apply the law to our set of facts and to firmly yet professionally communicate to the other party our intention of vigorously defending our position is what I believe kept my company out of court. Thank you Mr. Brandt!

Nick is a person of amiable character; however, I would exercise caution in endorsing his legal representation for any litigation matters. Dealing with contentious legal adversaries and complex litigation demands a certain degree of resoluteness. Nick, unfortunately, does not exhibit the tenacity required to secure the full extent of what is rightfully owed to you. In my experience, his negotiations yielded only a sum sufficient to cover my legal fees, leaving me with nothing to compensate for my claims.
Throughout our discovery phase, Nick exhibited a tendency to confusion when handling intricate case details and had difficulty procuring responses from the opposing party. Even after securing an agreement that proved to be unfavorable, he encountered insurmountable obstacles in attempting to secure payment or garner any form of response from the opposing legal team.
Currently, I find myself burdened solely with a substantial legal expense, without any corresponding benefit or compensation.

The initial conversation sounded very promising. The next two months seemed like a completely different experience so much that I decided to go another route before my actual court date. First in two months she never tried to setup a meeting or phone call to get the proper paperwork/proof related to the case on my behalf, one week out I was messaging her like “Hey we need to meetup to get you all this paperwork so I’m not going in there empty handed”. Also after being counter sued, I messaged her about this and her response was “ok” and “you didn’t hire me for that new case” basically saying it has nothing to do with her and proceeds to send me another retainer bill.
I told her to call me trying to figure out how to get her my paperwork and what else I would need for court and she HUNG UP IN MY FACE! Which is why I ultimately fired her on top of not being prepared! Causing me to spend even more on a new attorney in less than a week before court date!
So fast forward to now: All she has done on my behalf was file the papers to initiate my case, $601. Which was written with some errors, also my Ex was served improperly as per the judge so technically she could have not shown up on the court date and there was nothing I could’ve done about that! Never spoke with me about our plan, never got any paperwork or statements from me, was released prior to going to court. When asked for a billing statement and the remainder of my retainer, first she states “she can’t talk to me” when in fact she can when it’s related to billing and not the case/legal advice itself. She then tells me she is not going to reimburse my remaining retainer of $5k and that I actually will owe her a balance.
I wish I followed my gut when I read her reviews from other men online, she sounded a lot more professional and on top of things on the phone during our consultation. She may be better for women, men look elsewhere!
Update Aug 16,2024:
Rita proceeded to reply to this same review on FACEBOOK and call me a liar posting “Lies and More Lies” as her response! She literally messaged me twice and called me twice to ask me to take the review down because “It will post everywhere if it’s left up for too long!” I REPLIED “Refund me properly and we can talk about it”. This call was ended when she stated she had a call she had been waiting for. Screen shots below, since I’m a “liar!”, would she be calling and texting me if I was “Just lying on her!”
She is bad business! Please stay away from her! I’m giving her, her 30days to bill and refund me or I will be reporting her to Texas Bar and taking her to Small Claims court! I initially gave 2 stars, since being called a liar I dropped it to 1 star!
She literally calls every person that gives her a bad review a liar! Go look at her reviews for yourself.

And now she is blatantly lying and making up random statements under review to make her self not look like she is the problem stating “Didn’t send her an email address for her to do her job”…you mean the email that I sent her when I paid her initial retainer or the entire form I filled out with all of my information as well as my sons mothers, the day I hired her! This lady is very crooked and keeps getting worse. I’m just waiting my 30days to get my billing statement and return of my retainer or we’ll be in small claims court and I’ll be making a claim on her with the bar! All my emails and her blatant lying under this review will be submitted on her when we go to court if I don’t receive 50% of my retainer back. She hasn’t ceased to amaze me how unprofessional and bad business she continues to be.
Update Sept 3,2024:
After asking for my bill and remaining retainer for past few weeks I was forced to have to ask her again to complete our business. She tried to bargain removing this review vs completing our business appropriately. When I didn’t agree She ultimately said my $5k retainer was gone and that I actually had a $6k balance and she wouldn’t try and get the balance if I removed my review.
Bad business please stay away.

Don is very qualified and has even plead before the Supreme Court. Received a traffic ticket outside of the DFW area and took it to the office in Arlington, Tx. Assistant assured they take care of tickets anywhere by mail and requested CASH for payment. Charged more than 500% the fee saying that was because the ticket was received outside the DFW. I did not hear anything about that ticket for almost a year. Called office in Ft. Worth; they said my ticket was not in the system. Then, I called the court to find out that the attorney assistant in Arlington had sent them a request for deferred adjudication that was rejected.The court advised me that the ticket was in collection and about to turn into a WARRANT!!! I have no problem with the court decision, what is so frustrating is that neither the attorney nor his assistant did INFORM me about the court decision BY ANY MEANS. Furthermore, when I spoke with the attorney, he informed me that he knew NOTHING about my ticket and had not been paid for it! He also told me that his assistant accused me of moving overseas without changing my contact information despite the fact that I NEVER left the county ! I also am surprised by that claim because I neither left my residence nor changed my contact information including my cell phone # they had in file! So, they had my MOST up-to-date contact information!
Furthermore, I had been receiving all kinds of emails from the attorney assistant; mostly around the time he received the response from court in regards to my ticket; so they had my email address on top of my most up-to-date mailing address and CELL phone number!!
