We talked to several attorneys in the NYC area but felt the most
comfortable with Donna Oliva. She is very professional, patient,
has great communication skills, and she promptly responded to
all of our calls and emails. We never felt we were just another
one of her clients. Although she handled a number of matters for
us simultaneously, she rarely had to refresh her memory about
the specific details of any matter, since her attention to
detail and recollection are superb. Her legal knowledge,
research and writing skills also are excellent, as well, and she
is extremely persistent when following up on things with other
lawyers. I would highly recommend Ms. Oliva to anyone.

Lecour Law office, was a big big help with my Eviction case trying to get rid of tenants. Elina answered all my questions that we needed and ones of course we didn’t want to hear. Great law firm. Initially went in cause i found out I needed a attorney to respond to some court paper when I went to the court across the street. I was hesitant to go in cause I had already been in contact with another attorney. But they never reached back to me the day before and have not for a week. So I was glad to went into this firm. Not only was I ready and willing to pay for a retainer to respond to my case but they consulted me for free and had my worries at ease. They told me to wait a week if the other party didn't get back to me they will set me up. They have my full faith and trust which is what I really need in a Attorney, which this law firm has provided me with. I will be using them in the future whenever I need a lawyer. If you need someone don't be afraid and go see for yourself the great experience I had with them.

Best lawyer there is! I received a few traffic tickets and came to Mr. Birch for help. He returned my call very quickly and gave me great advice. He ended up representing me in court and once I gave him the ticket information, I didn’t even have to think about the ticket until I was given a not guilty verdict.
