Mr. Michael Gervasi represented me in a Partition, with the defendant being a family member. Most litigations involving family members can become emotional and extra contentious. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Jessie David Eisenberg Communication was virtually nonexistent—getting a response was like pulling teeth. When I did hear back, it was always excuse after excuse , unable to provide any kinds of proof of delivery and serving the documents, when I asked for details of the process, I received no information for months. When I mentioned that I would contact the Bar Association, Mr Eisenberg became nasty and said he doesn’t have to be threatened and said he is dropping my case ,To top it off, their attitude was downright rude. I cannot recommend this attorney to anyone. Beware and take your business your business elsewhere

Im now fighting a permanent damage done by her negligence. She is well known for messing over her 18b clients. She gets paid whether she doea anything or not. I'm damaged and so is my child! Richard Rosenzweig is an ill mannered attorney and treats his clients like a money bag. The paperwork he prepared for me was poorly written and had so many spelling errors that I felt embarrassed for him. I wonder if he ever went to law school. I don't recommend hiring Mr Rosenzweig if you are seeking a professional attorney. Don't waste your hard earned money on this joke of an attorney.
