mr. savlov handled my condemnation suit here in orlando. i operate a restaurant supply business and had about 4 acres just off a major intersection. mr savlov and his team worked to get us a fourfold increase over the 1.25 million i was first offered. he also got us another 1.4 million in relocation expenses. the results in this case was far more than the wife and i had ever expected.

seminole county took some property from my restaurant on sr434. jeff talked me out of an early settlement. i wound up getting more than double the offer. he also got me a wider driveway and the return of four parking spaces. i hope i never need him again, but if i do, i won't hesitate to call jeff or his partner

Mr. Finnerty was assigned to my case almost four years after its original pre Covid filing date in 2019 tasking him with a tremendous amount of catching up to do. He learned the ins and outs of my and my husband’s complex 13 charge case in a very short amount of time and navigated all of the depositions far better than we could have hoped for. By no fault of his own our case was continued for a second time this past August 2023 until April 2024 so we do not yet have a resolution and we were understandably devastated, but we are confident and grateful that he is part of our team now and we appreciate his supportive and empathetic nature, responsive communication and patient explanations while we trust a judicial process that is much slower and more confusing that we ever could have anticipated.

Charles Gardner, along with his colleagues and staff at Gardner Bist are not only consummate professionals, but demonstrate a level of personal attention and courtesy that rises above expectations. Having worked with Mr. Gardner on two separate and unrelated matters, I can say from experience that I was astonished at his ability to bring to bear pertinent skills in order to handle both matters where others could not.
He truly went above and beyond, often reaching out bring news or to consult with me late in the afternoon when I would have assumed the office would have closed. There was never a time where I felt rushed, and Mr. Gardner always went out of his way to show attention and courtesy to me and my family.
His council in both matters turned out to be spot on. Technically, his legal work was through, precise, and impressive. But more than that Mr. Gardner is a man of integrity. A Gentleman in the truest sense. I highly recommend him and his Firm!

Alyssa Silva is the slowest lawyer and slowest reader I've ever met. I didn’t personally pick and hire her as my lawyer, she assisted me during a divorce. She wasn’t kind or welcoming at all. II would not recommend Alyssa for any family law unless you want your simple case to take almost an entire year and still not be proofread correctly.. I had to personally point out so many simple mistakes she made ! She is very new at this job and very slow. I even had another lawyer say she was so slow in mediation in their experience with her !

However, as a parent seeking assistance, I've been assigned to Abigail, who neglected to contact me despite detailed voicemails with my name and number. Having applied for services in June/July, it's now November with no update from Abigail. While acknowledging potential case load demands, neglecting client communication is unjustified.
