I was facing a felony charge outside of Nashville and scared. After calling them, they took over my case and quickky put my mind at ease. Fast forward to my cout date, I was sure I was facing some jail time, a large fine and would have a criminal record that would always haunt me. I was going to be labeled a felon. I was in some serious trouble, but they did what they said they would. They got my charges dropped and my record expunged, And after everything was said and done, I walked out of court a free man. Look no further for a lawyer in the Middle Tennessee area. John Taylor is an incredible lawyer (and man) that has a focus on high communication and making sure you understand what is going on. Very personable and disarming! Michael came as a reference from a former boss of mine. After two (2) years w/ the company I'm working for they hit me w/ a Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation form and told me that a condition of my employment w/ the company is me signing said form. It's complete BS and I needed to know in a hurry the merit and implications of signing such a form. He quickly sent me a retainer that outlined his fee, charged me for 2 hours of his time when he could have hit me for more, and equipped me w/ the information I needed to have/know to make an informed decision before signing the documents. Michael shoots it straight, was easy to work with, and outlined the holes as well as the teeth of the Non Compete/Non Solicitation form. Would highly recommend him!

I was the victim of a domestic assault and was physically injured as a result. however, I was falsely accused and charge with a class D felony for as legally providing a false report to the investigator officer. But Mr. Bell believed in me and fought for me and my rights and having a hearing general sessions court. After question the officer on the stand, Mr. Bell was able to establish that any information given to the officer claimed was not true, had nothing to do with whether or not the assault occurred. So the judge dismissed the case right on the spot. If you want a good lawyer, one that really kind, intelligent and Works fast Mr. Bell is your man!
