Not very happy with them, I chose to go with them because someone recommended them but it’s really hard to get a hold of them, it’s been 7 months since my accident and still dealing with this, I CALLED THE INSURANCE myself to get an update and they said they had not received any invoices or “demand” from the attorneys office, so therefore the insurance can’t pay me… not very professional in my opinion if the client has to call and follow up on his own case… but ohhhh I’m sure they are gonna want their 30% cut at the end. 🤦🏽♂️

If you are reading the reviews, more than likely you are wanting to know how good they are. Christina was court appointed to represent me in my cps case so I did the same and looked at these same reviews and did my own research. My experience with Christina at first, I felt like I was just another case and she didn't have time to hear me. Of course my world was turning upside down as I was all over the place, and told her all the details even the ones that didn't seem to matter to anyone but me. And it may seem like that but I realized that Christina is a Beast at what she does which makes her busy. If you feel like she doesn't hear you , she does but it might just be best to write her an email with all those points you want made and I promise she will read it and pick out the ones that really matter not to just your case but you as well. She is like that honest aunt you know you can count on lol.

So, it was probably my fault for hiring a criminal defense lawyer to help me with my child custody case, but I decided to hire him anyway because his wife said that he would take on a custody case that he felt was worth taking, so I hired him. In the beginning, it seemed like I had finally found someone that might actually care instead of just taking more money from me. However, that was not the case. He was very quick to respond to me at first, and even called me 24 hours early for our first consult. After the initial conversation and paying the fee that he quoted me, it was literally crickets. When I did finally hear back from him, he told me that he had written a "demand" letter, but I never saw it and then proceeded to tell me more than once, that he had other clients that paid much more, and I was taking time away from them. I paid him in full what he quoted me, and during the last conversation we had he told me that he would be more than happy to refund me my full amount so I could find a different lawyer that better suits my needs. I sent an official email to him and his entire firm regarding my refund, and I even called the office and spoke with the receptionist trying to get an itemized list, and still nothing. I received my "refund", and it was over $2,100 short. I followed up with a couple more emails and still got nothing. I work very hard for my money, and I don't appreciate being taken advantage of. I am taking necessary steps to have this fixed, but it's not something I should even have to be dealing with. Please do extensive research before you spend your hard-earned money, and don't always go with what Google reviews say because they are not always accurate. Plus, who even knows if those are real clients that are posting these reviews. This post is 100% true and maybe it will help someone else not get taken advantage of in the future.

I was involved in a civil suit and given an unrealistic timeline for response over the holiday. Philip Moore at Pfister Family Law took the case and settled it out of court fighting unreasonable and impossible requests from opposing councel. Within a week the suit was dismissed and I was able to put this behind me. I would strongly recommend a call to Pfister Family Law if you ever need civil litigation support. They have the ability to not only settle but to defend your case in court.

Omar Saman got my aggravated assault/deadly weapon charge dismissed, huge relief!! Omar was always there for consultation anytime day/night and assured me no jail time. Even though it was my first Felony charge he could have sold me out for a plea deal, “but” Omar stayed in for me and was worth every cent.

Kurt and his daughter Isabella were so nice and did so much for my husband and I. I contacted him on the weekend and left a message and he quickly called me back and worked on my case right away. We were hit by a hit and run and Kurt and his team were able to figure out by police reports who actually hit us, contacted the women's insurance, and was able to get us taken care of. We were put in such a bind and now we have been able to get ourselves out of debt and get right again. My husband is still awaiting he's settlement but it hasn't been long whatsoever. My family used the Holland Elder Care Law team to help us when our previous attorneys suddenly closed shop without warning us and my Dad's Medicaid status was not renewed. Michael Holland and Martin Sabel did an excellent job gathering the information, filing the right forms and ultimately needed to bring the HHS of Texas to court for failing to make a timely determination of benefits. I am an attorney myself but this area of law is so convoluted and so tricky that you really need someone on your side who knows how all of this works and can navigate the waters safely. They were instrumental in restoring my dad's Medicaid benefits. I highly recommend them.

We hired Tanner to help us clear title to sell a lot that my father owned before his death - unfortunately, my father had no will or trust. Tanner was helpful in guiding us in the right direction so that we can hopefully sell this lot in the near future. His communication was outstanding - we are still in the process of clearing up last minute paperwork on our side (once again, we are located outside of Texas) but Tanner has given specific instructions on completing everything.
