His knowledge base, and experience in land development in the Northern Virginia region is vast. He is known in every jurisdiction and local staff members were receptive to working on my project because of past experiences they had had with Frank. We had a difficult case, and Frank navigated a highly complex process with ease and expertise. Overall, my experience was excellent and I am grateful to have found him to represent me.

Mr. Tompkins is an outstanding lawyer. He represented me in a trial recently, and won everything I asked for. He also won every single objection (not because the judge liked him) but because he was just plain better. His legal arguments were outstanding, and you need to have that as a lawyer. You have to be able to defend against objections for just about anything. His demeaner in court was also outstanding, and the other attorney for the defendant wasn't. It made a big difference in my case, and I cannot be more thankful for him. Without him, I don't know if I win. With him, it was like a slam dunk. I really really appreciate him. We consulted Ms. Francisco to develop some estate and family planning ideas. We then hired her to prepare instruments such as durable powers of attorney and advanced medical directives for each of us. We found her to be friendly, responsive, and, most importantly, professional. She alerted us to issues that we had not considered and developed strategies to address them. I will get this brief. Craig and his team (Thomas specifically) helped me win a case against an uninsured motorist who wreaked havoc and tried to get off scotch free. I cannot recommend Craig and his team enough. Thomas, his paralegal I worked the most closely with, constantly kept me updated, explained every step of the process and was always prompt to answer questions I had. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I have enjoyed a long term relationship with Mike and his team. Since I relocated to this area 30 years ago we have worked together on many successful projects thanks to him and his team’s skill & ability to get projects approved. Mr. Colombo is worth every penny he charges. We met during COVID, which means we actually never met in person, and that is the reason why I didn't say, "he's worth his weight in gold" ... I've never seen him so I don't know what he looks like ... what if he's skinny, the "worth his weight in gold" wouldn't do him justice!
I'm a one-woman, small shop contractor and one of my clients decided not to pay me. Mr. Colombo took on my case for half of what others had quoted me and he came through, all the way. He took the time to listen to me, he responded to my emails during off hours and called me when only workaholics like he and I would place/take calls. He's accessible, personable, thorough and good. I never had to nudge him, he was always on top of my case and I'm very aware that while my issue was big to me, it was small peanuts to him. Nevertheless, he always made me feel like I was his top client. Seriously. That's a rare find.
I'm a very happy camper and I will sing his praises to the moon and back. Yes, I'd hire him again in a heart beat but, trust me, I hope I never have to!!!!

Kristen handled a property dispute matter through arbitration for us and I would recommend her. Very straightforward and has no desire to waste your funds. Mark is one of the most proficient and calculated lawyers ever. Would say he doesn’t boast how efficient he is so I’ll speak for him. He fights tooth and nail for you and knows his work. Was referred to him from my personal lawyer and he’s worth every cent he requests. Rakin Did a great job for us! I deal with insurance all of the time and thought it would be easy to deal with this event. It was a accident where a family member was hit by a car. They were fine after some time in the hospital and the driver was insured so it did not seem difficult! 4 weeks after the event I got Rakin contact information and he took over.
We just wanted the medical bills covered, if I had not contacted him I would have had to pay most of the bills due to the driver lo coverage limits.
I think he saved us 100k!

Ms. Kim saved the day.
My divorce process spanned more than 2 years and was highly contested. I was awarded a permanent protective order by Fairfax County and then had to continue to battle my ex to save my pension and retirement- as well as my cash and house where I was living with our son.
My original attorney did well in some areas but she failed to properly document how I intended to pay my ex his share of equity in the home as well as a portion my retirement. She also wrote the divorce settlement agreement in such a way as to leave the manner in which I would pay my ex completely ambiguous - there was no mention of “cash” or “paid from x account.” Therefore, the agreement I signed I believed was what I agreed to pay and how I intended to pay.
Once everything was signed, I believed my attorney was transferring the amount from my retirement into an account in my ex’s name. I went on a vacation to the Bay Islands of Central America to celebrate the end of my divorce. While on a Honduran beach, I learned that my attorney had not initiated that process yet and accused me of lying, claiming I had told her I would be taking out a loan for over $100,000.00 to pay my ex in cash.
There was no written correspondence between my attorney and I where I ever agreed to such a stupid solution. It was 2023, a year of extreme tightening by the FED with high interest rates. Why would I have ever agreed to essentially take out a second mortgage at an average 7% interest rate when I had the money sitting in my retirement?
I instructed my attorney to explain the miscommunication to my ex’s attorney and to start the retirement benefits division immediately. For over two weeks, my attorney did not do what I asked. She insulted me. She accused me of lying. She attempted to coerce me to give my ex all the cash I had as a way to meet the impending deadline that would be missed. She claimed a judge might force me to pay in cash even though the property settlement agreement that I signed never mentioned cash. She thought she could strong-arm me into doing something terrible to my finances to avoid her having to admit she made mistakes in documentation.
Rather than give in, I used my smartphone from the third world country I was in, and consulted with Legal Aid resources. This legal resource is phenomenal. From there, I found Ms. Kim. I told her my predicament and she agreed to take my case while I was miles away and in distress.
Ms. Kim found a way for my to keep my house, keep all of my cash, and avoid a “show cause” complaint for missing the payment deadline so that I could pay the way I had always intended (out of my retirement account). She also charged me a very reasonable fee to solve everything- which was roughly $2,000 whereas my previous attorney had told me I would have to pay $6,000 or more and would have to go to court.
I highly recommend Ms. Kim. She is efficient, a true advocate, and comes at a very reasonable price.
