Shawn is a phenomenal attorney. When nobody else could help us, we hired Shawn. He conducted his own investigation and upturned the findings of the health department. He proved that my company was innocent of causing a foodborne illness outbreak. He is a class act, honest, friendly and smart as a whip. He understands the food industry better than anyone I have ever met. Even the paralegal he worked with was smarter and more well informed than most of the other attorneys we have hired. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Instead of having to pay millions, which was a foregone conclusion before we brought Shawn on board, we ended up settling for less than $5k. Hired Jaime's law firm to assist me with a single family home purchase that was a "for sale by owner." I worked with Jaime exclusively on the transaction which was complete in less than 30 days. Mr Geraldson was appointed by the State of Wisconsin to represent our son on several charges fabricated against him by a former girlfriend. We had concerns about State appointed attorneys because of past experience where they did not work out but with Mr Geraldson things were definitely different. Mr Geraldson was extremely knowledgeable and alert to every detail of both the laws and the evidence and when he put his skills to work the Jury came back in just a short period of time with a NOT GUILTY plea. Attorney Hackbarth helped me to recover money I invested in a fraudulent investment scheme. I am very pleased that I was referred to Atty. Sinitz when I sold my investment property. Atty. Sinitz made sure that I understood every step of the deal, from listing the property through the final closing. He provided input with regard to the language on the listing contract and multiple counter offers; he was sure to explain all of the closing documents so I knew what I was signing.
